Answer:	Works great on our induction cooktop on either side. Heats very rapidly if you want, but of course the way to heat cast iron is slowly so it comes to the temp you want to cook at. Cast iron is of course way better than the clad cookware that can get loud from vibrations as the different layers absorb the magnetic energy at different rates. This also doubles as a great defrosting plate from stuff from the freezer. Your great-great grandchildren will be glad you bought this as they're using it.

Answer:	I would think that you could use the griddle on an electric stove, using the front and back burners on one side or the other of your stove. I am fortunate in that I have a gas stove with 5 burners, including an elongated one in the center, but oftentimes, we use the griddle on two of the burners. I cannot think of any reason why you couldn't use it on your stove. We love the griddle - it is a very easy pan to clean up - takes minimal effort. Answer:	I have no idea what a Max Burton cooktop is, I have a GE and it works perfectly on that. I don't see why it wouldn't work on yours. An induction is an induction. If it doesn't advise you to use a special kind of cookware I think it would work!
Question:	How long is this, including the handles
Answer:	Stainless steel has a high Nickel content. Thats what makes it stainless. Different manufactures use different amounts of nickel per their design's. Nickel is pricey! you can judge the amount of nickel by the cost of the item. A salidmaster 3 qt runs about 300$, I would expect this line of cookware to have a minimum amount of nickel.
Question:	Will it warp or bend over time with heat
Answer:	Food will stick to almost every bare metal pan and the trick is to season every cooking surface the same as you would a cast iron pan if the handles will allow an oven temp of 350 for 30 minutes, stove top medium heat otherwise. You tube has a number of chefs demonstrating stainless and aluminum bakeware seasoning. Very thin layer of cooking oil or crisco otherwise you'll hate what happens next. Stainless needs to be heated slowly at lower temps before oil and food is added and when your sunnyside eggs slide out like a new Teflon pan, you've mastered the art of seasoning and using your pans.

Answer:	I have several complete sets of cookware. I have several types of cookware and they are aluminum, glass, stainless steel and just steel. Most of the Stainless Steel sets have glass tops with the little hole for steam escape (By the way doesn't work completely. It still spits all over the stove).This Duxtop Whole Clad Tri Ply set is for me the best set that I have ever purchased. If the item that you are cooking is set on low, you do not have the sputtering all over the stove. I have put 99% of the other sets in the shed and garage. It is my belief that you will enjoy this set or at least I do.An induction cooker is NOT A MAGNET. It distributes its energy the any item that a magnet will stick to the cookware. The Cookware does not stick to an induction cooker. The induction cooker is extremely fast in boiling water or anything that has water in the container.

The exact fit will be determined by the exact measurements of the distance from the front edge of the front burner to the back edge of the back burner. Answer:	I have a Samsung induction cooktop (this model NZ36K7880US) and can report it DOES heat evenly and consistently on that model when the ridges face down. It does NOT work with a family member's thermidor. So it is dependent on your induction cooktop.

Answer:	The chemical used is a plant oil. Flaxseed has been proven to be the best. Question:	What is it pre-seasoned with
Answer:	Yes, you can and probably should season the outside so you never have to deal with rust. Flaxseed oil holds up the best & creates the thinnest, shiniest coating. If you don't have that, anything like bacon fat, shortening, or a neutral cooking oil with a high smoke point will also work. Just preheat your oven to 350 degrees, rub a thin layer of oil on the inside & outside of your pan, and leave it in the oven for 45 minutes to an hour. You don't have to do it every time you use the pan, but once in a while does help.

Answer:	I'll be truthful here. I have bought Chinese cast iron skillet's like this one before and returned them. Go with a Lodge instead, you won't regret it. I'll tell you why. With the China cast iron skillet's the iron is not pure enough and does NOT give the great taste to the food like a Lodge. Lodge cast iron is way better and more pure iron content. With China the taste is not there when you cook your food. Trust me on this.

Answer:	The pan is all aluminum. I think it would tolerate up to 450 degrees F or more. At a higher temp than 450 degrees F, it may expand or contract or change shape but I think you could still use it afterward. However the highest temp I have used it for so far is 375 degrees F. The rolled edge has steel wire under the rim to give it strength. I love this pan for baking cookies, slab pies, and jelly roll cakes.

Answer:	Dear customer, our griddle pan heats up very quickly. We suggest you use small fire heating, then turn to medium grilling.

Answer:	Product says 450 degrees, but I wouldn't go much above 350-400 or you'll start to get burn spots that are nearly impossible to get off. Also, after cooking on it, leave it on the stove to cool down on it's own. If you take it from 400 degrees and put under cold water it could warp or crack.
