Answer:	I don't use it yet, But I know most of the rice cook they have steam release, and some still stay on the lip. If you want the rice still good for next day, after you cook and serve. unplus and keep it open unstill cold, and then close.But not tie.

Answer:	No it does not. The teflon cooking vessel is not suitable for storage and using it for storge whould esentially remove the cooker from use. If I have left over rice, I store in a plastic container which works well and I have cooked as little as 1/3 cup of rice without issue. Hence no leftovers.
Question:	I just bought this and I find the direction book very confusing. Is it 1 cup of water per cup of white rice
Answer:	If you're cooking one rice cooker cup of rice (which is 1 gou, or about 180ml... about 3/4 cup in standard cooking measure), then you add the rice to the cooker's pot and then fill the pot with water until the water line reaches the first marking (the line below the "2" marking) on the white rice scale that's on the side of the cooker's pot. You don't need to pre-measure the water, just add rice and fill to the appropriate marking on the side of the pot.

Answer:	If your dog has a head the size of a small watermelon & a super strong neck the size of large cantaloupe & a very agile mouth & tongue (to hold the splatter shield when it flops around) then it might work. The very strong neck is especially important since the splatter shield is quite heavy. However, if you want your dog to remain your best friend, I'd recommend the Elizabethan collar your vet will prescribe.

Answer:	The lid for my 11 inch pan is 1/16 of an inch less than 11 inch.

Answer:	For the 10" (10.24") lid, the inner lip diameter is actually 10" exactly. (So the innermost thing you can measure is 10 inches across.) The exterior/widest diameter is 10 and 11/16 inches. So each pot/pan is different, but if your pot is exactly 10" across, this 10" lid won't really sit right, as it the inner circumference lip of the lid will be lined up and balanced exactly on the circumference rim of your pot. But if your pot circumference is say 9.5" or 9.75" I'm guessing the 10" lid will sit just right as the inner lip will fit inside your pot and the outer rim will rest on top your pot, fitting snugly. But note, I have a Cuisinart 722-22 Chef's Classic Stainless 9-Inch Open Skillet which has a rim that curves outward, so the 10" lid I ordered doesn't sit inside, but I can sort of force it to sit outside so the pan is inside the inner lid rim. I may order the 9.5" lid to see how that rest on the curved rim of my pan, and will update if I do. Hope this helps the confusion.

Answer:	It fits my 10 3/8" saucepan very well. I just measured the diameter of the lid outside to outside edge is 10 1/8" which is larger than the inside diameter 10 1/16" of you pan; therefore, this lid will not fit your pan at all.
Question:	Can anyone tell me what the diameter of the ridge on the underneath side of the lid (outside edge to outside edge) is? Thank you
Answer:	The outer diameter was 10" BUT the rim that actually slips into the pot is 9 3/8", so for me the minimum inner diameter of the pot had to be 9 3/8". Which would've been a nice detail to have had because this lid is useless to me.
Question:	Ok, 1 person says 10 1/4" & another person says 9 x/x". My pan inside diameter is 10 1/16", so I need a 10" diameter outside to outside edge of lip
Answer:	Someone posted the exact dimensions. However, I got a lid that is bigger than the pan diameter. It rests on the pan just fine and I did not have to worry about the exact size. There's no reason the glass can't sit on the pan rim. At least, no reason that I've seen yet! And the same lid works for three of my pans.
