Answer:	mine came with labels that could be put on and removed but once something is written on the labels, I don't think the labels can be cleaned.

Answer:	The cup itself is 6 1/4 inches. That is without the straw. If you have the straw in, it is 9 1/2 inches with the straw. Hope that helps. My co-workers loved them.
Question:	does the "Cupture Classic Tumbler" decal come off? Or is it printed on the cup and permanent
Answer:	It is a mostly clear plastic piece about the size of a credit card on which you can print or write whatever you like. You can then put them on the cup and remove as needed/wanted. Once written on, however, that piece would not be easy to clean--probably impossible. I have washed the cups multiple times in hot water and detergent and the labels are still on and writing is still very visible.

Answer:	About 1 1/2 cm across. It's a little bit wider then the average disposable straw.

Answer:	I've poured about 8 oz of hot coffee in them and then added a colder drink on top and nothing happened in the maybe up to 3 minutes before I added the colder beverage. I bet they would hold hot coffee (that's not too hot-if you can drink it from a straw!)

Answer:	Without the lid it’s 4.25 inches. Lid is 4.375 inches across. While I’m here measuring I might as well add the cup is 9 inches tall, the bottom is about 2.75 inches across.

Answer:	Yes... they can easily be removed. Also there are dishwasher safe. We love these cups.
Question:	Does the flipping closure lock latch to the side when open or does it need to be held out of the way when drinking? Is it easily removable
Answer:	Mine doesn’t latch, but it doesn’t move freely so friction keeps it out of the way when open.
Question:	can you remove the straws
Answer:	Yes you can remove them, you can use the cups with de straw or just whit the lid. It brings a tool to clean the straws

Answer:	They’re silicone and I believe they should be bc when I was buying I remember reading about it. I suggest reading more through description though.

Answer:	The width of the largest nail is 1.5cm，approx. 0.6inches.
Question:	What are the dimensions for the cups - with or without the straw in position? i need to gift wrap them - bag or cellophane. need lxwxh
Answer:	I don't use acylic. I just use a dehydration solution, and nail glue. But i file a little so there is a rough surface for the glue to adhere to. You can also watch some false nail tutorials on youtube. I hope this helps.

Answer:	Hi! The coffin-shaped nails aren't as long as the stilettos. I do feel they're a bit longer than the full square-shaped. If I ranked them, shortest to longest, it would be: talons, square, coffin, stiletto. I wanted to file down the coffin-shaped just a bit, to get them to a more comfortable length, but I'm not good at getting the correct shape, so I left them long.Hope this helps!!

Question:	Can some measure the inside part of cup this lid fits. Preferably withe a caliper. Or measure it in millimeters with a ruler and post the picture
Answer:	don't have measuring tools at home, but after ordering one too small I ordered this one for my steel magnum cup, and at 4" (101.6 mm) it fit perfectly.
Question:	How do I screw on lid for the opening to be at the handel on right sid
Answer:	The lid does not screw on. You just push it on and the rubber seal prevents leaks. The RTIC tumbler does not have a handle however but if using on another container, that it fits, with a handle you just position the top and push down on it.
Question:	Many bad reviews for broken upon arrival. My Rtic is personalized from work. Has returns for broken lid replacements been changed
Answer:	Amazon is easy. How old is your RTIC? They have a new design now. That lid will only fit the new design
Question:	Does Rtic make a lid for the new tumbler without the snap down cover? Im okay with a non closing one as well. Thank you in advance
Answer:	They do not, but I just popped the snap down cover off of mine as hit would hit my nose when I tried to drink from it. Haven't noticed any difference in Ice retention after taking it off.
