Answer:	If you have the 07061 griddle, the cooking surface is 22 x 11.5 inches (without handles), the full griddle is 2.5 inches high, 26.25 inches long, and 11.5 inches wide. Question:	How many standard size grilled cheese can you fit on this griddle? I cook for 16 people once a week so size is a big factor
Answer:	I just measured, using a slice of bread, and you can get (snugly with no space in between sandwiches) 12 sandwiches. BUT, like anything, doing too many at once may not work. You could DEFINITELY fit 8, feed half the group you make food for and then make 8 more. It also comes with a really neat little instruction book that tells you what temperature to cook certain food at. Grilled Sandwiches get cooked at 325-350 degrees for 5-10 minutes. The griddle is 22 inches long and can accommodate a lot of food at once.
Question:	Is the non-stick surface PTFE and PFOA free
Answer:	According to Presto Customer Service the only model they have that is PTFE and PFOA is model 07115, which is a skillet versus a griddle. Here is their response "Our current model, stock number 07115, is ceramic coated and does NOT have PTFE or PFOA. All other griddles do have PTFE and PFOA."

Answer:	Hi This grill dose not need much oil at all. Whenever I use it, I will spray a little bit of cooking spray on a paper towel and then wipe over it and I usually don't have any problems with anything sticking. You might want to use a little bit of soft scrub cleanser and let that sit for a bit to see if that will remove the stain. I do that when I do get sauces stuck on it. I hope this helps, it's really a good grill😊

Answer:	I don't know. It has temps ranging from Low to High. I got it because I like cooking with cast iron skillets and I have a glass top stove (came with the house when I bought it) I cook on it daily and for the most part the medium setting works pretty much for everything. I fry my eggs in the morning and different meats during the day. I use a small cast iron skillet for most things on medium. But I also have a Cast Iron Dutch Oven that make fantastic Soups also using medium heat. The only time I use the high heat is when I deep fry things = my favorite is breaded mushrooms. I know this doesn't answer your question but I hope it helps.

Answer:	Contact the manufacturer to buy a new knob/thermostat, (which for liability reasons won't sell you one if you are not an 'authorized repair dealer') or pitch it and buy a new one. It will probably be cheaper and less aggravating to buy a new one.

Answer:	I never use cooking spray, however I only cook French Toast on the skillet and that has heavy whipping cream in it, so there is a fat present. If you are cooking a food with a low fat content, it might stick, depending if it gets over cooked. I think that there are just protecting themselves by suggesting you use cooking spray.

Question:	Does the temperature fluctuate or the heat turn off when temp desire is reached
Answer:	The heating element controller has an indicator lamp that glows amber as the unit is warming to the desired setting; when that temp is reached, the light goes off but it will continue to maintain that temp until reset or turned off. I do not know how closely the controller is able to maintain the set point but the conductivity of the griddle is good with no noted "hot spots", and it cools rapidly when turned off. If you have an infrared cooking thermometer you could "map" out the surface for variation.

Answer:	The pan itself is 8x8. With the handles you can add about 3 inches. 2 inches deep. I love this little pan. It works great for cooking for 2 people. I have used it for everything from scrambled eggs to small pot roast. Great for all.

Answer:	I have two of these and both have degree settings and on both, setting it on the '5' in 275° will give a constant average temp of 205° without ever reaching 212°... the perfect answer to all day simmering for a two person entree, or two meals for one. I love this thing. It's not great for frying, though, as its heat is concentrated in a circular pattern following the heating element. It is 800 watts, but one must remember that that only applies when it calls for heat. In my case that is only about 10% of the time, which puts a 10 hour simmer at about 0.8 KWH @ 124VAC (or 0.4 KWH on your utilie's meter). A very cheap date

Question:	Is the non-stick tray removable for cleaning
Answer:	First, do NOT use spray oil. Just cook on the surface. Wipes off easily with cloth. (Seriously, it is by far the most non-stick surface I have ever used.) I hesitate to use the metal spatula. (Maybe it would work, but I'd rather not find out! Surface looks perfect after using plastic spatulas.)

Answer:	I have never sold Broil King so I cannot comment on their item but have sold Zojirushi products for over 20 years. I know this brand to be of good quality and reliable.
Question:	Does it heat evenly across the surface of the griddle so pancakes aren't half baked
Answer:	There is no oil drain. If I'm cooking something after bacon/sausage, I wipe out the grease with a paper towel.

Question:	Is this dishwasher safe
Answer:	If you choose to wash the griddle in the dishwasher, the bottom of the griddle will likely discolor due to the caustic nature of the dishwasher detergent. A gray residue may also form on the griddle bottom which may transfer onto towels and/or skin. Answer:	Has smooth surface like a non stick frying pan always use plastic utensils not metal one ours gets used a lot still looks brand new

Answer:	Yes and No.But for the most part, Yes. It's not 100% even, but it's more even than my previous two griddles (one a different Presto model and I forget the brand of the other). It cooks evenly enough. I use it on a daily basis to fry about a dozen eggs.
