Answer:	Works great on our induction cooktop on either side. Heats very rapidly if you want, but of course the way to heat cast iron is slowly so it comes to the temp you want to cook at. Cast iron is of course way better than the clad cookware that can get loud from vibrations as the different layers absorb the magnetic energy at different rates. This also doubles as a great defrosting plate from stuff from the freezer. Your great-great grandchildren will be glad you bought this as they're using it.

Answer:	Overall size is 20X10.44 inches. It is designed to fit over two (front to back) burners on most home ranges. The exact fit will be determined by the exact measurements of the distance from the front edge of the front burner to the back edge of the back burner. The maximum length has to be approx 19.5 inches to accommodate this griddle.

Answer:	Slight correction to comments. All Lodge "seasoned cast iron" is made in South Pittsburgh Tn. But sadly, Their enamel cast iron is made in China.

Answer:	I have a Samsung induction cooktop (this model NZ36K7880US) and can report it DOES heat evenly and consistently on that model when the ridges face down. It does NOT work with a family member's thermidor. So it is dependent on your induction cooktop.

Question:	Can baking with this
Answer:	I have no idea what a Max Burton cooktop is, I have a GE and it works perfectly on that. I don't see why it wouldn't work on yours. An induction is an induction. If it doesn't advise you to use a special kind of cookware I think it would work!
Question:	How long is this, including the handles
Answer:	Stainless steel has a high Nickel content. Thats what makes it stainless. Different manufactures use different amounts of nickel per their design's. Nickel is pricey! you can judge the amount of nickel by the cost of the item. A salidmaster 3 qt runs about 300$, I would expect this line of cookware to have a minimum amount of nickel.
Question:	Will it warp or bend over time with heat
Answer:	Food will stick to almost every bare metal pan and the trick is to season every cooking surface the same as you would a cast iron pan if the handles will allow an oven temp of 350 for 30 minutes, stove top medium heat otherwise. You tube has a number of chefs demonstrating stainless and aluminum bakeware seasoning. Very thin layer of cooking oil or crisco otherwise you'll hate what happens next. Stainless needs to be heated slowly at lower temps before oil and food is added and when your sunnyside eggs slide out like a new Teflon pan, you've mastered the art of seasoning and using your pans.
Question:	Would this work on an induction cooktop
Answer:	I have several complete sets of cookware. I have several types of cookware and they are aluminum, glass, stainless steel and just steel. Most of the Stainless Steel sets have glass tops with the little hole for steam escape (By the way doesn't work completely. It still spits all over the stove).This Duxtop Whole Clad Tri Ply set is for me the best set that I have ever purchased. If the item that you are cooking is set on low, you do not have the sputtering all over the stove. I have put 99% of the other sets in the shed and garage. It is my belief that you will enjoy this set or at least I do.An induction cooker is NOT A MAGNET. It distributes its energy the any item that a magnet will stick to the cookware. The Cookware does not stick to an induction cooker. The induction cooker is extremely fast in boiling water or anything that has water in the container.

Question:	Have the 2 burner stove and deciding on griddle to cover 1 or 2 of the burners. With 2 burner griddle, will a coffee percolator set on it boil
Answer:	It will, just not as quickly as it would without the griddle. The griddle is designed to evenly distribute the heat across the entire length of the griddle. That being said, it can easily get hot enough to boil a coffer percolator that is sitting on top of the griddle.
Question:	will this fit the 3 burner tohoe model? thanks
Answer:	No. The models that will fit the Camp Chef 3 burner Tahoe stove are SG90 (covers 2 burners), SG100 (covers 3 burners), SG14 (covers 1 burner), CGG16B(covers 1 burner), and CGG24B(covers 2 burners).
Question:	Is this stainless steel
Answer:	Some here have said it's cast iron, it is most definitely steel. The griddle I bought eight years ago and still use to this day is 100% steel. The originals were made from cast iron a loooong time ago, wish I could still get one.
Question:	what is the excat size of the sg 60 griddle
Answer:	Exact size? It's in my clamshell trailer parked outside...it completely covers the grill area of the camp stove; there's no open gaps around the perimeter....plus, by design, the edge of the griddle captures the heat and flame of the stove--for years I had another griddle I used that was smaller than the surface area of the stove and heat and flames were always rising making the experience a bit more challenging.

Answer:	If you have the 07061 griddle, the cooking surface is 22 x 11.5 inches (without handles), the full griddle is 2.5 inches high, 26.25 inches long, and 11.5 inches wide. Question:	How many standard size grilled cheese can you fit on this griddle? I cook for 16 people once a week so size is a big factor
Answer:	I just measured, using a slice of bread, and you can get (snugly with no space in between sandwiches) 12 sandwiches. BUT, like anything, doing too many at once may not work. You could DEFINITELY fit 8, feed half the group you make food for and then make 8 more. It also comes with a really neat little instruction book that tells you what temperature to cook certain food at. Grilled Sandwiches get cooked at 325-350 degrees for 5-10 minutes. The griddle is 22 inches long and can accommodate a lot of food at once.
Question:	Is the non-stick surface PTFE and PFOA free
Answer:	According to Presto Customer Service the only model they have that is PTFE and PFOA is model 07115, which is a skillet versus a griddle. Here is their response "Our current model, stock number 07115, is ceramic coated and does NOT have PTFE or PFOA. All other griddles do have PTFE and PFOA."
Question:	does it smoke
Answer:	The 07061 griddle can smoke if oils are left on and the surface is not cleaned well. Question:	Will this work on an electric stove
Answer:	I would think that you could use the griddle on an electric stove, using the front and back burners on one side or the other of your stove. I am fortunate in that I have a gas stove with 5 burners, including an elongated one in the center, but oftentimes, we use the griddle on two of the burners. I cannot think of any reason why you couldn't use it on your stove. We love the griddle - it is a very easy pan to clean up - takes minimal effort. Question:	Is this dishwasher safe
Answer:	If you choose to wash the griddle in the dishwasher, the bottom of the griddle will likely discolor due to the caustic nature of the dishwasher detergent. A gray residue may also form on the griddle bottom which may transfer onto towels and/or skin. Question:	Is the surface textured
Answer:	Has smooth surface like a non stick frying pan always use plastic utensils not metal one ours gets used a lot still looks brand new
Question:	Does this griddle cook evenly
Answer:	Yes and No.But for the most part, Yes. It's not 100% even, but it's more even than my previous two griddles (one a different Presto model and I forget the brand of the other). It cooks evenly enough. I use it on a daily basis to fry about a dozen eggs.
Question:	What are the measurments of this griddle
Answer:	The cook surface is 18 1/2" X 15" and the pan itself - outside measurements including handles is 23" X 17".Sandy P.
