Answer:	the radius of the heating element is 2 3/4 " The bottom of a cup or teapot would have to sit on the element. The bottom could be larger than the radius, and it would still work as long as it is making contact. The element is not activated unless something sits directly on it. For what it is worth, I would buy again.

Answer:	To my knowledge it's only 120v. That is the common US voltage and I'm using it very successfully in 120v. There is nothing in the little booklet or on the box that indicates its voltage capabilities.

Answer:	Yes. It works beautifully with coconut milk. Comes out really frothy.
Question:	will this work with 220v? Or can you charge with a computer
Answer:	The biggest drawback is the small amount of milk you can heat at one time. I froth mine & max is less than 4 ounces. Just warming you can do a bit more. The other thing I don't like is that it's not the easiest to clean. I've thought about sending it back but I'll probably keep because I hate sending stuff back. When I want to heat a larger amount of milk, I use a pan I bought on Amazon for heating milk & I love it. If I could figure out a way to share the link, I would.

Question:	My hand hurt from vibration when using the frother. Had anyone else experienced this
Answer:	It should not vibrate and It seems that the whisker is out of alignment or bend. To fix the alignment issue use the included hex tool to unscrew the 4 little screws to remove the connector and whisker. Then re-attach the connector to the motor shaft making sure that there is a small gap between the connector and mixer. Tighten the 2 screws on the connector, insert the whisker and tighten the 2 screws on the side of the whisker. If that does not fix it the whisker must be bend and you can try to straighten it.
