Question:	Can I strap a tripod to the outside - is there a secure spot for that
Answer:	There is no dedicated strap(s) for a tripod. I have a small Neewer brand tabletop tripod that I was able to fit well enough into a side pocket and hold in place with one of the expansion straps. However, I recently returned from nearly a month in Italy and Croatia shooting my new Sony A7III, and I never needed the tripod once.

Answer:	I am a pretty big person (5'11'' and 225#) and I have the straps almost totally shortened and it is comfortable, so unfortunately I don't think you are doing anything wrong....apparently it is made for big people. Answer:	Airlines typically define dimensions for the "carry-on" (which is the main bag you have) and one additional "personal item" (which is what you are really asking about). I travel on Air Canada a lot and they define the "personal item" as a bag that does not exceed 17 x 13 x 6. That is 36 linear inches. This item is 17.7 x 10.2 x 6.3 or 34.2 linear inches. Although the long dimension of item is slightly longer than the guideline I think you would be ok as the total linear inches is under guideline (at least on Air Canada). Folks will have to check out for the specific airline they are flying.

Question:	States 22.8" x 15" x 9.8" - this is slightly larger than maximum dimensions for a carry-on for most airlines (22" x 14" x 9"). Is size listed correct
Answer:	Based on my recently purchased one, the size empty is 21.7" x 13.8" x 9.65". This last measurement for height of base being because of wheels at bottom which stick out , rest of case being 8.5"). Most of case has a soft outer so flexible size but not base which is solid construction. Reasonably fully packed my carry-on measures 23.3" x 14.6" x 10" (at bulging mid-points of bag). So whether will meet a specific airline restrictions will depend partly on how full you pack it and the nature of the testing device at airport (a cradle that let's you test going top end in and allowing space at open end for wheels, it should do fine). Note that although that it's quality construction and anti-theft elements mean it is heavier than average, so making sure under weight restriction when packed will be something to keep in mind.

Answer:	It depends how heavy yr laptop is, but I will tell you that I have used it as a camera bag to carry two large Canon DSLR cameras with heavy lenses. Answer:	This can hold ski boots and clothing depending on how much you need to take. I have no idea about the helmet. Just carry it on the plane.

Answer:	No, the bag has no shoulder straps, and has a reinforced hard plastic bottom shielding the handle structure & wheels. It's a great little bag though with carry handles on both short & long sides of the bag.
Question:	How much clothes can we put in it? 1 to 3 weeks
Answer:	My wife a I went on a 2 week vacation and I was able to pack everything that I needed in my Toursafe EXP29. Yes, it will hold 3 weeks of clothes. It is a fantastic piece of luggage and it is very durable. I was never questioned by airport security about the size of the luggage. It is perfectly designed.
Question:	I am trying to figure out if i should get the exp34 or 29. i will be traveling for work between 2-3 wks at a time. not sure which size is the best
Answer:	i have the older model, 29, and i travel for work from 10 to 20 days at a time. I do not need fancy suites, but I do wear at almost two shirts a day (one during the day, and most of the days one for the evening, and the size is sufficient. During the winter months, with thicker pair of mid size boots and thicker clothes, i find the size to be doable, but tight, but also i do not have a carry on. With a carry on, and the 29, unless u have to have work related items, u really should be fine.

Question:	Is it waterproof and can resist rains so water will not leak inside
Answer:	Not fully waterproof. But it'll absorb a decent amount of rain before it starts to leak.
Question:	Can the zipper compartments lock with small TSA locks
Answer:	Yes they could, they already lock into each other as is the case with Pacsafe bags. However if I was to anything I would buy a Pacsafe cable lock and run it through the zippers for extra protection.
Question:	Would a pen be able to puncture the zipper teeth
Answer:	I believe so; it is a common problem with self-repairing "coil" style zippers, vs. the "flat" interlocking plates style zippers. But I think it is really a problem for "unattended" bags such as checked luggage, luggage stowed in hotel room storage areas. The whole design philosophy is to slow down the process, not prevent it entirely - as when riding a subway, or exercising in a park (use the backpack strap to lock to a park bench handle), or to prevent grab and runs at outdoor cafes. Using a pen to separate the zipper coils takes too much time and attention in the typical settings you are likely to worry about.

Answer:	It's a bit formed and stiff to hold itself up. I guess it would depend on how you stuff it. I stuffed mine with jacket and it was fine.

Answer:	Just use baby wipes to clean dirty spots.
Question:	Is this waterproof
Answer:	It is relatively water-resistant in a light to medium rain, but if you set it down in water or carry it in heavy rain then your things will get a bit wet.
Question:	How many liters/litres would this bag be considered
Answer:	I don’t know how many liters, but we consider it medium sized. Larger than a child’s backpack, but not as spacious as some large backpacks. My daughter can fit her 15” laptop in here with some other items, but does not use it daily on campus. She finds it too small for that.

Answer:	Yes I found it to be comfortable. The straps are padded and it has a waist connection to keep it sturdy to the body. One of the best features of this bag is that it opens like a suitcase ; so no digging down deep to get articles at the bottom. I bought it because it complies with the strict carry on luggage restrictions for budget airlines. For me: 10
Question:	Can the side pocket be cut away despite the exomesh? i like the ventursafe 45l gii where there are no side pockets but it's no longer available
Answer:	I've suppose you could do that because it is just a pocket. It does help with security though because that is where the zippers connect and are secured. The pocket hides them; throw a bottle of water in the pocket and the zippers are impossible to access without removing the water, nice to thwart pickpockets.
Question:	Are the waist straps removeable
Answer:	No they are not removeable. However, this is a backpack/carryon, so the waist straps as well as the shoulder straps can be slipped into openings in the back of the backpack so that it becomes a legitimate carry on with no protruding straps to get caught on other items. In fact, by slipping all straps out of sight, this bag could be checked on a plane without worrying about the straps getting caught in the carousel.

Answer:	i have the ipad pro 10.5, and it perfectly fits. however, it was tight to fit my macbook air 13. overall it did fit with a major squeeze. i would say dont even thougbh a macbook air 13 can. it perfectly fits an ipad pro 10 or a macbook 11

Answer:	The material shown in the third picture in the middle of the case adjacent to the iPad is not an integral part of the case - it is a towel or sweater or other object, not a part of the case. The case has no electronics padding.

Answer:	The handle is on top of the bag. It is the same material as the bag but is of stronger construction. Well made, not flimsy at all.

Answer:	Yes. My Nikon D600 with 16-35 zoom fits nicely. If you want a dedicated camera bag, consider the Pacsafe Camsafe V8, which is also excellent.

Answer:	Probably not. My 9 x 12 fits in no problem, but from the bottom of the pouch to the top of the bag is less that 15.6 inches
