Answer:	Just look @ the line inside the frother
Question:	Does this work on 220 volts
Answer:	I bought 1 and i have 220 volt, do i need a voltage converter or just a simple plag ?

Answer:	You can heat AND froth with the spring whisk. The one without the spring is for when you want to heat the milk only. You do not need to use the one without the spring unless you want to heat the milk only without frothing it.
Question:	If I use almond milk, Can this frother make good foam for it
Answer:	have not used the product, but foaming will also depend on the kind of almond milk you get. Pure almond milk is hard to foam. Almond milks made for coffee shops and baristas will have much better foam because they've had some form of vegetable oil and/or a gum added (how good that is for you depends on the specific kind, I think).

Question:	What is the non-stick surface composed of
Answer:	it is stainless steel, with this frother I am not so worried.

Answer:	I have a white one and its beautiful... easy to clean...my favorite kitchen thing!
Question:	I‘be had mine for about a month and today it just stopped working. It sounds on and beeps when it’s done but it’s not mixing at all and no froth
Answer:	I had the same experience, and discovered that the secret to keeping this in good working order is to make sure that the whisk at the bottom is super-clean. After each use, I remove the whisk and rinse it under hot running water (even if there’s no visible residue). Use the little brush accessory to clean between the coils. The whisk also needs to be tightly attached, so if it’s loose, you should write the manufacturer. For now, if you swap out the whisk for the spare attached to the lid, you’ll probably get the results you did for the first month, but, eventually, you’ll stop getting foam again. So, really, unless you can find some mechanical problem (which does sound possible, if it’s really not spinning at all), the first thing to do is a good cleaning.

Answer:	I, myself never measured it. It's very warm not hot. If you want to compare it to steamed milk no. Makes a very nice Foam though. What I like, the SS pitcher is easy to get your hand in and clean whereas the others aren't.

Answer:	No, is stainless steal, the small turning piece on the bottom is plastic. BTW is a very good quality milk frother.

Answer:	I did a LOT of experimentation with plant-based milk and the one I found that is hands-down the best is Oatly oat milk Barista Edition. It's incredible, tastes really good and froths just like regular milk. I put a little sweetener and a couple dashes of cinnamon before I froth and it's delicious! I also warm up the milk for a little bit in the microwave and it doesn't seem to take as long.

Answer:	The pitcher doesn't have plastic, the frother attachment is plastic, and the cap is plastic. I don't know if it's BPA free.

Question:	How many ounces can it heat at once
Answer:	You should *ABSOLUTELY NOT* unless you're willing to risk unpredictable results. There are minerals and other chemicals in tap water can react with this product and may give undesired results, e.g. green hair. If you use distilled water, as recommended, you take out the variables and will have more predictable results.
Question:	Can you use bottled flavored creamer or is this intended only for milk
Answer:	You rub into your hair like you would when you shampoo your hair.
Question:	How many watt is it
Answer:	This product is used to remove color dye from color treated hair. If you have virgin, natural hair that has never been colored, there is no reason to use this product. If you are trying to lighten your natural, virgin hair you should use hair bleach, not color remover. I hope this helps.
Question:	Is this price an error? Or gouging? $6 per can for something I get at the local store for $2 a can? Really
Answer:	I've personally never used henna but I do know that the color remover is supposed to strip any color of the dye, so it should turn your hair back to blonde, but if you still want your hair to be brown without using harmful dyes, I would suggest using L'Oreal blonde to brown, I used that and it worked great

Answer:	It won't harm anyone or explode because it only contains powder and not the water or developer that must be mixed with it to create a chemical reaction. You must buy developer separately or add water. The powder alone is inert. To be on the safe side you could put it in a plastic baggie in case it gets wet. But because it's a white powder and contains various chemicals it might be something airport security or customs would consider suspicious or confiscate if they happened to open up the box.The L'Oreal hair and cosmetics brand name is well known so that might help out in reassuring customs it's just a cosmetic product. The packet does say "L'Oreal".

Answer:	Yes. It heats the milk and froths it at the same time. In fact it makes it a very enjoyable hot temperature yet without scalding it. There’ll also the option of cool, frothy milk.

Answer:	Yes! I use it for hot cocoa almost every day and it's great. I love it. For what it's worth, I use unsweetened powdered cocoa, not hot chocolate mix, but it will work for both. You use the heat and froth setting (lower left red light). I don't use the extra cocoa dome gadget thing, but I do gently sprinkle the cocoa in while the milk is frothing. If you just dump a bug chunk of cocoa in, it may clog up a bit.

Answer:	I use a different brand, same arrangement. Works well to froth milk to cream. I would not attempt to whip cream That's just another level. Though tall, narrow bowl is the rule for hand whipping cream as that helps force aeration. I just don't think the screen would work as well as a whisk to get the stiffer peaks you want for whipped cream.

Answer:	Hello, I have used it to froth non-dairy milks as well. Almond milk doesn't froth super well, but it does give it a bit of foam. Heating the milk up can help a bit as well. Also, you can froth, then pour out the foam and then re-froth. I've really liked this product so far.

Answer:	Hi Nancy. You heat the milk, either by microwaving it in the glass of the frother or by stove top in a saucepan and then pouring the hot milk into the glass, then insert the frother, hold the lid down with one hand while pumping and the plunger vigorously with the other. The milk with become very foamy within about 20 seconds I usually keep frothing for about 40 seconds to achieve a nice fine foam.
