Question:	Searching for a high quality frother made of pure stainless steel without the Teflon non stick coating. Does this contain Teflon or non stick coating
Answer:	Does not contain Teflon, has adjustable heating which is nice. But you need to tilt Milk Frother, because it spins milk outwards up upon the sides not always catching milk. So it you tilt the Milk Frother just a bit it catches the milk and gives you a good froth.
Question:	Can you use Almond Milk
Answer:	Yes! It creates a very nice foam with Almond Milk.
Question:	Can you use it for just heating milk without making foam
Answer:	The latte disc (included) doesn't really make much (if any) foam. It stirs the milk while it's heating which results in evenly heated milk. I use it for this purpose often and am very happy with it.
Question:	Can I put whole tea leaves in this
Answer:	I have never done this, but it seems to me that it should work with the non-foaming attachment, because it has smooth edges. I would wait until the vortex forms before adding the tea as additional protection against the tea leaves catching in the armature. Answer:	The froth on a cup of matcha is not simply from whisking (though it does help), but rather from a compound in the matcha powder itself called saponin. Some matcha has higher saponin content than others, but all quality matcha should froth. If your cup of matcha isn't frothing the way you like, the mistake could be either one of the three: 1) Not sifting your Matcha If you want good froth, you have to sift. Matcha is ground into a super-fine powder, the particles have a tendency to clump together and pack very easily. This milk frother does an amazing job of that! Just sift before you add water. 2) Using cold water If your water is not hot enough (below 80C) your matcha may not froth correctly. Consider cold brew matcha. It is brewed with ice cold water, shaken vigorously, but only has a little, if any, froth to it. Using water hotter than optimum temperature is fine (but definitely not boiling). 3) Incorrect water to powder ratio You don't need a whole bowl of matcha powder to make an enjoyable drink, you simply need to get the ratio of powder to water right so it doesn't end up too thick. Answer:	You can heat AND froth with the spring whisk. The one without the spring is for when you want to heat the milk only. You do not need to use the one without the spring unless you want to heat the milk only without frothing it.
Question:	If I use almond milk, Can this frother make good foam for it
Answer:	have not used the product, but foaming will also depend on the kind of almond milk you get. Pure almond milk is hard to foam. Almond milks made for coffee shops and baristas will have much better foam because they've had some form of vegetable oil and/or a gum added (how good that is for you depends on the specific kind, I think).

Answer:	I use a different brand, same arrangement. Works well to froth milk to cream. I would not attempt to whip cream That's just another level. Though tall, narrow bowl is the rule for hand whipping cream as that helps force aeration. I just don't think the screen would work as well as a whisk to get the stiffer peaks you want for whipped cream.

Answer:	Hello, I have used it to froth non-dairy milks as well. Almond milk doesn't froth super well, but it does give it a bit of foam. Heating the milk up can help a bit as well. Also, you can froth, then pour out the foam and then re-froth. I've really liked this product so far.

Answer:	Hi Nancy. You heat the milk, either by microwaving it in the glass of the frother or by stove top in a saucepan and then pouring the hot milk into the glass, then insert the frother, hold the lid down with one hand while pumping and the plunger vigorously with the other. The milk with become very foamy within about 20 seconds I usually keep frothing for about 40 seconds to achieve a nice fine foam.

Answer:	No. As a personal preference I first heat the milk in the microwave for about a minute but the frother works great - cold or hot.
Question:	Will this scramble eggs easily and mix them for an omelet
Answer:	Haven’t tried it on eggs, but I would think it might work. I scramble eggs with a fork and it would work at least as well as that. You do have to hold it vertically to make it work.
Question:	How often do you have to change batteries
Answer:	Way too often. I bought it in December and have already changed the batteries multiple times at this point in March.
Question:	Can this be used for mixing shakes

Answer:	the radius of the heating element is 2 3/4 " The bottom of a cup or teapot would have to sit on the element. The bottom could be larger than the radius, and it would still work as long as it is making contact. The element is not activated unless something sits directly on it. Question:	I‘be had mine for about a month and today it just stopped working. It sounds on and beeps when it’s done but it’s not mixing at all and no froth
Answer:	I had the same experience, and discovered that the secret to keeping this in good working order is to make sure that the whisk at the bottom is super-clean. After each use, I remove the whisk and rinse it under hot running water (even if there’s no visible residue). Use the little brush accessory to clean between the coils. The whisk also needs to be tightly attached, so if it’s loose, you should write the manufacturer. For now, if you swap out the whisk for the spare attached to the lid, you’ll probably get the results you did for the first month, but, eventually, you’ll stop getting foam again. So, really, unless you can find some mechanical problem (which does sound possible, if it’s really not spinning at all), the first thing to do is a good cleaning.

Answer:	I do not remember seeing where it was made on the packaging (which was discarded shortly after It was opened.) I just re-read the Amazon description which did not identify where it was made. I don't really care where it was made because it is the best peeler I have ever used. It feels good in my hand, it peels off very thin pieces of the vegetable being peeled, the "blade " is very sharp and it seems to be very well constructed with quality materials. My husband had one of the old-style linden peelers inherited from his parents which is at least 50 years old and still works great (a son took it with him when he moved away to college.)
