Answer:	Just look @ the line inside the frother

Answer:	I bought 1 and i have 220 volt, do i need a voltage converter or just a simple plag ?

Answer:	You can heat AND froth with the spring whisk. The one without the spring is for when you want to heat the milk only. You do not need to use the one without the spring unless you want to heat the milk only without frothing it.
Question:	If I use almond milk, Can this frother make good foam for it
Answer:	have not used the product, but foaming will also depend on the kind of almond milk you get. Pure almond milk is hard to foam. Almond milks made for coffee shops and baristas will have much better foam because they've had some form of vegetable oil and/or a gum added (how good that is for you depends on the specific kind, I think).

Answer:	I, myself never measured it. It's very warm not hot. If you want to compare it to steamed milk no. Makes a very nice Foam though. What I like, the SS pitcher is easy to get your hand in and clean whereas the others aren't.

Answer:	No, is stainless steal, the small turning piece on the bottom is plastic. BTW is a very good quality milk frother.

Answer:	I did a LOT of experimentation with plant-based milk and the one I found that is hands-down the best is Oatly oat milk Barista Edition. It's incredible, tastes really good and froths just like regular milk. I put a little sweetener and a couple dashes of cinnamon before I froth and it's delicious! I also warm up the milk for a little bit in the microwave and it doesn't seem to take as long.

Answer:	The pitcher doesn't have plastic, the frother attachment is plastic, and the cap is plastic. I don't know if it's BPA free.

Answer:	I use a different brand, same arrangement. Works well to froth milk to cream. I would not attempt to whip cream That's just another level. Though tall, narrow bowl is the rule for hand whipping cream as that helps force aeration. I just don't think the screen would work as well as a whisk to get the stiffer peaks you want for whipped cream.

Answer:	Hello, I have used it to froth non-dairy milks as well. Almond milk doesn't froth super well, but it does give it a bit of foam. Heating the milk up can help a bit as well. Also, you can froth, then pour out the foam and then re-froth. I've really liked this product so far.
Question:	how does it work
Answer:	Hi Nancy. You heat the milk, either by microwaving it in the glass of the frother or by stove top in a saucepan and then pouring the hot milk into the glass, then insert the frother, hold the lid down with one hand while pumping and the plunger vigorously with the other. The milk with become very foamy within about 20 seconds I usually keep frothing for about 40 seconds to achieve a nice fine foam.

Answer:	I had the same experience, and discovered that the secret to keeping this in good working order is to make sure that the whisk at the bottom is super-clean. After each use, I remove the whisk and rinse it under hot running water (even if there’s no visible residue). Use the little brush accessory to clean between the coils. The whisk also needs to be tightly attached, so if it’s loose, you should write the manufacturer. For now, if you swap out the whisk for the spare attached to the lid, you’ll probably get the results you did for the first month, but, eventually, you’ll stop getting foam again. So, really, unless you can find some mechanical problem (which does sound possible, if it’s really not spinning at all), the first thing to do is a good cleaning.

Answer:	No, there is no ptfe coating. Stainless steel jug without coating, the exterior of the base is also stainless steel, the cover of the jug is made of material ABS.

Answer:	Yes. It heats the milk and froths it at the same time. In fact it makes it a very enjoyable hot temperature yet without scalding it. There’ll also the option of cool, frothy milk.
Question:	can this really heat milk for hot chocolate . Few frother I bought over spilled when try to heat for more time
Answer:	Yes! I use it for hot cocoa almost every day and it's great. I love it. For what it's worth, I use unsweetened powdered cocoa, not hot chocolate mix, but it will work for both. You use the heat and froth setting (lower left red light). I don't use the extra cocoa dome gadget thing, but I do gently sprinkle the cocoa in while the milk is frothing. If you just dump a bug chunk of cocoa in, it may clog up a bit.

Answer:	Hi, our milk frother doesn't contain BPA, it's safe and green.

Answer:	I don't think you need to worry about after-sales problems. The milk frother I bought was broken three months ago. After contacting the after-sales service, they immediately sent me a new one. This new one has no problems till now. It is very recommended.

Answer:	You use coffee beans ground specifically for espresso, which is finer than the grind you would use for regular coffee machines. But no, it does not take the pre-filled pods. You measure coffee grinds into the little basket. God bless!

Question:	Have you tried frothing matcha with this device
Answer:	The froth on a cup of matcha is not simply from whisking (though it does help), but rather from a compound in the matcha powder itself called saponin. Some matcha has higher saponin content than others, but all quality matcha should froth. If your cup of matcha isn't frothing the way you like, the mistake could be either one of the three: 1) Not sifting your Matcha If you want good froth, you have to sift. Matcha is ground into a super-fine powder, the particles have a tendency to clump together and pack very easily. This milk frother does an amazing job of that! Just sift before you add water. 2) Using cold water If your water is not hot enough (below 80C) your matcha may not froth correctly. Consider cold brew matcha. It is brewed with ice cold water, shaken vigorously, but only has a little, if any, froth to it. Using water hotter than optimum temperature is fine (but definitely not boiling). 3) Incorrect water to powder ratio You don't need a whole bowl of matcha powder to make an enjoyable drink, you simply need to get the ratio of powder to water right so it doesn't end up too thick. The ratio is typically 60-70 ml of water to 2 grams of matcha powder, or 1/2-1 teaspoon. In a proper pitcher, this leaves plenty of room to swirl and expand while it is whisked so it doesn't slosh over the sides. The room for movement is crucial in order to create frothing.
