Answer:	Thank you for your questions. They could be used in a lunch box. Please note that if the pack somehow gets punctured, the gel inside should not be ingested. The 3x5 pack has just under 3 ounces of liquid. It would stay cold about as long as a 3 ounce ice cube. If the lunchbox is insulated, that could be as long as a couple hours.

Answer:	The pen does not come with a clip.

Answer:	A converter or cartridge is required. The Pilot Con-20 or Con-50 converters work, and the Con-50 can be filled with an eye dropper. I don't know about the Con-20, but wouldn't think so. Pilot standard cartridges fit.
Question:	Does it bleed through fine, thin paper
Answer:	The newer version of the Kakuno can take the CON-70. Pilot made the change in 2015. So, old Kakuno pens are limited to the Con-20, Con-40 and Con-50. New Kakunos can use all the Pilot converters.
Question:	Does this ultra fine pen ink bleed or feather when writing on ordinary printer paper? What about on cheap college notebook? Thank you
Answer:	There may be some clogging issues with India ink, which is not meant for fountain pens. The are waterproof fountain pen inks available, mostly iron gall inks.

Answer:	No n they are the best by far! Fine point precision!

Answer:	The way most of these die is with the tiny internal pin coming out through the tip; it happens to more than half of the cartridges before they hit empty. I have never had this same issue with the thicker versions of the pen. Certain types of paper trigger it to happen reproducibly but its usually random on normal copier paper.
Question:	Well the refills for the pilot precise V5 RT work with this pen
Answer:	We use the fine point "05" Pilot G-2. While I don't write on anything thinner than 20 lb computer grade paper I think that since the fine grade puts down less ink the chance of "bleed-through" would be reduced. A hard surface on the paper has a better chance to avoid bleed.
Question:	Can a Pilot g2 gel refill fit in this pen
Answer:	Normally it doesn't bleed through but since it's a gel pen, scribbling on the same part over and over again will eventually bleed through but it takes quite a while before that happens. Usually doesn't smear but they can sometimes leave small balls of runny ink that can smear so just watch for those. I use the cheap notebooks from back to school sales and you can see through the pages but technically not bleed through.

Answer:	When the pen first came out it was 10% of the gross proceeds. I dont know if this is still the case or if it was only up to a max $ amount.

I was very disappointed because my intention was to put pink G2 refills in this pen for grading papers. If you want to use G2 refills, you have to get a Dr. Grip Gel or Dr. Grip Ltd pen.

Answer:	The ink dries almost immediately, as fast as any other pen I've used. As for the smear, again, about the same as any other pen of similar quality. To me, the writing looks, feels, and responds the same as any other pen-- it's just erasable.

Answer:	I have a black color pen and use it daily. Over time, the color coating will wear off (in small batches and especially around the area where the cap closes at the body), and reveals a bronze-like color beneath. At other scratched areas at the top of the cap, the underlying color is a metallic gray. But it still looks nice and I continue to use as one of my many daily carries.

Answer:	The question is imprecise. Any fountain pen ink is suitable for use in this pen. Waterman, Diamine, J. Herbin, Robert Oster, etc., etc. Any bottle that says Fountain Pen Ink will do.

Disassemble the Pen:

• Unscrew your pen’s barrel from the feed section.

Insert your cartridge:

• Find the opening of the cartridge and insert it into the pen’s feed section.

• It can take a while for the ink to fully saturate the pen, so don’t worry if it doesn’t start writing right away. You should shake it gently if you would like to speed up the process, although this may result in a small amount of leakage or spillage.

Answer:	They are easy to write with, and there are many different options to suit your writing style. For me, I just like the writing experience. I don't know about this whole " luxurious" thing though, as you can get some of these fountain pens for $3. Also, if you use bottled ink, there are literally hundreds or even thousands of different colors and properties to them.

Answer:	What Country For Dryden Designs? All of their pens are designed by them in the USA. Materials for the pens are sourced from 5 different countries of which the USA is one. All of their nibs are made in Germany. Finally assembly is done in their warehouse in China.
Question:	does pen come with ink already? Or, if purchased, will i need to buy ink
Answer:	Anything as long it's made for fountain pens and it's not india ink. DO NOT PUT INDIA INK IN FOUNTAIN PENS NO EXCEPTIONS. Some good ink brands are waterman, noodler's, diamine, parker, pilot iroshizuku, and plenty more. Btw, unless you desperately want this pen, I wouldn't recommend buying it. It's a Chinese pen that's probably worth less than $5, aim for trusted brands like pilot, lamy, noodler's, and even some trusted Chinese brands like jinhao and wingsung. Just make sure you're getting the right price for the Chinese ones.

Answer:	Hi! Thanks for asking. Our ink cartridges support the short version. The international short size cartridge measures about 1.5 inches long and 7 mm in diameter. It holds around 0.8 ml of ink. This is what fits perfectly with our own Fountain Pens.
Question:	Hi. Will the bold gel G2 refills work with this pen also
Answer:	It seems to be as I spilled a small amount on our beige carpet and my wife was able to get all of it out and now you cannot find where the ink spill was located! By the way, she started the cleanup by spraying it with hairspray of all things...an old trick she knew about! Then she scrubbed with liberal amounts of soapy water on a sponge and then removed the soap residue with a sponge wetted with plain water. Voila!
