Answer:	Yes, I just hooked this up to my Kenwood receiver and it sounds fantastic. Do not hook this up to the Phono input on your receiver as it will overload the pre-amp and it will sound absolutely terrible. That is more for a higher end record player. I recommend hooking up to the auxiliary inputs on your receiver if you have them. If you do not have auxiliary inputs then try any other input other then phono. I have my player hooked to the "tape" inputs. I am playing Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band and it sounds better then any CD I own, by far.

Answer:	Yes it does. Right next to where it pours the shot, there is a spout for hot water. Just to note, the water that comes out of it is near-boiling. (~200° F). Perfect for Americanos or to get some hot water to clean an espresso cup or something. It will of course work for tea, but just keep in mind that you can't control the water temp. It comes out at the same temperature that it uses for pulling the espresso, which is near-boiling. If you are a tea connoisseur then you probably know that some tea like green tea should actually be steeped at lower temps like 170° or 180° to prevent burning. This water is around 200° which is good for herbal and black teas, but might burn more delicate teas like green and white teas. It works fast, essentially on demand (1-3 second warmup). But one of the many tea kettles that Breville makes would be better if you are making tea frequently. I have the Breville IQ Kettle next to this espresso machine and use the two interchangeably. Both this espresso machine and the IQ Kettle are amazing products made by Breville. The IQ Kettle will make water to the exact temp you set it to and hold it at that temp (between 130° and 220° F by 5° increments). Both appliances compliment a drink bar nicely.

Answer:	you need ground coffee in the filter to accurately check the temp otherwise the water flows right thru it and the temp will cool very quickly. the ground coffee slows the water flow and it makes the coffee hotter since the water sits in the thermo jet longer.

But according to Breville chat support, if you get a different filter holder ($9), then you can use the cheaper BWF100 filters. The holder can be purchased from them here https://www.breville.com/us/en/parts-accessories/parts/sp0014505.html. I am going to try it when my original filter is up for replacement.

Answer:	I just got the machine and only used it once, but if you check the manual under Troubleshooting, page 38, it states "the food processor shuts off during operation," it explains about motor overload and the LCD light flashing. Not sure if that's the problem, but was the only one I could find. Good luck!

Answer:	I have been juicing since 1973. The Breville is a superior quality machine. Only a Norwalk press is better. The price of this machine is a steal! To get carrot discoloration off, soak in bleach water periodically for 12-24 hours. 1/2 cup of bleach in enough water to submerge the parts completely ( 5 gallon bucket half full). Rinse thoroughly and scrub down with soft plastic scrubber or brush, assemble the machine and run it with jar and pulp bin on. Run cool water through it in smallish bursts. Then run until dry. Let air out for at least a few hours. I guarantee it is harmless. I’ve been using that technique for 45 years.

Creamy milk and hot chocolate maker. Hot milk drinks are best when made with the smallest bubbles. Rather than a bubble bath, it's that creamy consistency that creates a rich hot chocolate or a smooth latte or cappuccino. The Milk Cafe uses induction heating and spinning to make those small bubbles. Simply choose the appropriate frothing disc latte for a creamy result, the cappuccino disc for more froth fill with enough milk for one or up to three cups, select your temperature, and start. The Milk Cafe will froth and turn itself off when the desired temperature is achieved. Note: Kindly refer to the user manual for any trouble shooting or guidelines regarding the item. Question:	Searching for a high quality frother made of pure stainless steel without the Teflon non stick coating. Does this contain Teflon or non stick coating
Answer:	Does not contain Teflon, has adjustable heating which is nice. But you need to tilt Milk Frother, because it spins milk outwards up upon the sides not always catching milk. So it you tilt the Milk Frother just a bit it catches the milk and gives you a good froth.
Question:	Can you use Almond Milk
Answer:	Yes! It creates a very nice foam with Almond Milk.
Question:	Can you use it for just heating milk without making foam
Answer:	The latte disc (included) doesn't really make much (if any) foam. It stirs the milk while it's heating which results in evenly heated milk. I use it for this purpose often and am very happy with it.
Question:	Can I put whole tea leaves in this
Answer:	I have never done this, but it seems to me that it should work with the non-foaming attachment, because it has smooth edges. I would wait until the vortex forms before adding the tea as additional protection against the tea leaves catching in the armature. I have some green tea and would try it this week end, if you ask me to.Jerry
