Answer:	Yes, the “cone” shaped ones and not the dome shaped ones. Also, you can use capsules from other manufacturers.
Question:	I bought this less than 2 months ago and the frother stopped making foam. Is it SO cheap
Answer:	Assuming it turns on at all, if there is any residual dried milk or cream in the frother, it won't spin properly. Make sure everything is cleaned between each use.
Question:	The Aeroccino does not whip the milk into a foam like my past model did. Anyone else experiencing a similar problem? I have the whip attached
Answer:	Yes! I have tried ALL different kinds of milk. It worked the first month then it stopped frothing. We used full fat heavy cream, we have used full fat coconut milk, oat milk, almond milk and NOTHING. We will be reaching out to DeLonghi because this has been an issue before from the research I have done. I am hoping they can replace the frother. All the best.

Answer:	Mine was made in Ukraine. Its marked on the bottom of the machine. capsule is made in Swithland
Question:	How tall of a cup can I fit in this machine without removing the lower section
Answer:	You can put a larger cup right in front (but not inside) the machine, and use a much larger--including 12 oz--cup. I do that alot--no need to remove the pieces inside the machine. You can also program this machine easily to give you the volume you prefer (I have programmed my for 8 oz). But if you like really strong coffee, you might not want to do that.
Question:	Do the used cup go into a storage container within the machine
Answer:	Yes, when you lift the lever, the used capsules fall into a container below. It fits about 6 capsules. The container slides out like a drawer for emptying/cleaning.
Question:	Which Nespresso pods does this take ? The original or Vertuo
Answer:	The Essenza Mini Espresso machine takes the Original capsules only. It does not take Vertuo capsules.

Answer:	No, these are for ovens. I guess you could cut them and put under the air fryer basket, but I wouldn't.
Question:	What the difference between the creatista and creatista plus
Answer:	The product description says: "For gas and electric ovens with non visible heating element, place liner on bottom rack, NOT bottom of oven. For electric ovens with visible heating element, place liner under the heating element."
Question:	How well does it work for lattes? i.e, good creme and smooth milk expansion? Works well for pouring latte art
Answer:	I am not sure of the temperature rating but I have used it up to 450 degrees with no problems. I love these liners they save a lot of heavy cleaning and you can take it out of oven and just wipe it off and reuse it no problem.
Question:	Will this machine brew espresso and steam milk at the same time
Answer:	It is not recommended by the manufacturer. Truthfully, I did just that because with the reasonable price I decided that I would rather replace it when it becomes hard to clean then put it on the rack. I have an electric over. I have used the oven around six times so far with the liner on the bottom and it hasn't caught fire yet.

Answer:	Honestly, the WiFi/Bluetooth function of this machine is completely useless. It’s only mildly useful function is to tell you when the water tank is running low. Since the tank is clear and I am assuming you have eyes, it’s a pointless feature.
Question:	Is the coffee hot enough? Some people say no , is there a problem with their machine or are they to picky
Answer:	When it comes out of the brewer it's piping hot but it doesn't last unless you preheat your cup first! I have made this a habit (I microwave with the cup half full of water for 1 minute, 15 sec). I also preheat my cream or milk with the frother when adding it to my coffee. This isn't like your typical coffee brewer, for sure. It takes some getting used to. I find it's worth the extra effort to get a really great cup of coffee.

Answer:	Yes! I have tried ALL different kinds of milk. It worked the first month then it stopped frothing. We used full fat heavy cream, we have used full fat coconut milk, oat milk, almond milk and NOTHING. We will be reaching out to DeLonghi because this has been an issue before from the research I have done. I am hoping they can replace the frother. All the best.

Question:	I saw this item has a P65 cancer and reproductive harm warning. Can I get more information on this
Answer:	I used to be a barista and there is also reproductive harm warning for espresso machines due to the milk residue left on the tools used to froth the milk. We were trained to clean it very well after each use. I can’t remember why but I was trained that the milk froth left over was potentially hazardous, to pregnant women especially, so may be worth looking into the hazards regarding the frothed milk.

Question:	Can you just froth milk by not putting a capsule in
Answer:	When it comes out of the brewer it's piping hot but it doesn't last unless you preheat your cup first! I have made this a habit (I microwave with the cup half full of water for 1 minute, 15 sec). I also preheat my cream or milk with the frother when adding it to my coffee. This isn't like your typical coffee brewer, for sure. It takes some getting used to. I find it's worth the extra effort to get a really great cup of coffee.
Question:	Does this do Lungo? I only see 3 buttons
Answer:	I have not made green tea k-cups however I can tell you that I was not very satisfied with the product and ended up pitching it in the trash.
Question:	What temperature does the milk steamer reach inside the machine
Answer:	Usually you infuse the tea for 3 or so minutes. It would seem that pumping hot water thru a tea bag in 30-60 seconds wouldn't get the full flavor out of the tea. But they do make tea K-cups. Maybe they put more tea in them than a tea bag??? So obviously I don't know!
Question:	Can you brew just coffee in this machine as well
Answer:	Yes, but it's a custom refillable cup. The only place you can buy replacements is from Presto. Consider this, because the likelihood of misplacing or damaging Presto's small and somewhat delicate refillable cup is pretty high. Currently, an entire MyJo is cheaper at Amazon ($9.54) than Presto's custom refillable cup is from Presto ($14.99).

Question:	How many ounces of coffee does the machine distribute from the small and larger buttons? I was in Europe and only a couple of ounces came out
Answer:	Just dial to the lungo setting. It's basically and Americano. If you want more than a lungo then you could always add another Nespresso capsule and hit the lungo button again. But this will always be an Americano.....but I believe much tastier than a regular coffee or Kerig.
Question:	where can I find a nespresso that uses the disk-type of coffee insert? What's the best price available
Answer:	Verbatim from Nespresso, “The Creatista Plus machine offers even greater variety than the Creatista version with 8 different milk textures (as opposed to the 4 offered by Creatista) 11 milk temperatures (5 for Creatista) and an extra fast heat up time (3 seconds in comparison to 10 seconds for Creatista). Question:	I've had my machine for a week. suddenly, today the espresso is coming out at a trickle. return? anything i can do to troubleshoot
Answer:	I would say this is the only Nespresso machine (that I'm aware of) that's good for traditional lattes. That's why I bought it. All the others only make Latte Macchiato. This one is specifically tailored to the milk-based coffee drinks. It's settings are for Cafe Latte, Flat White, and Cappucino (all adjustable). It has good creme in my estimation, and the milk froth has been excellent at all the different settings and temperatures I've tried. You can control the foam level and the temp so it gives you a lot of variety. The milk carafe is like any you'd see a barista using so I'd assume latte art is all about your skill. I can tell I'm terrible at it, although I I do have a nice layer of creme and a white blob in the center of it at the end when I make my late so I think I'm close. Bottom line: if you want a Nespresso machine for lattes, this is the one to get.
Question:	How long is the electrical cord
Answer:	No, and that's a good thing in North America. Brewing draws nearly 1600W, and frothing draws up to 900W. If the machine did both together it'd trip a standard 110V, 20A breaker every time. Now THAT would be annoying.
