Answer:	Does not contain Teflon, has adjustable heating which is nice. But you need to tilt Milk Frother, because it spins milk outwards up upon the sides not always catching milk. So it you tilt the Milk Frother just a bit it catches the milk and gives you a good froth.

Answer:	Yes! It creates a very nice foam with Almond Milk.

Answer:	The latte disc (included) doesn't really make much (if any) foam. It stirs the milk while it's heating which results in evenly heated milk. I use it for this purpose often and am very happy with it.

Answer:	I have never done this, but it seems to me that it should work with the non-foaming attachment, because it has smooth edges. I would wait until the vortex forms before adding the tea as additional protection against the tea leaves catching in the armature. Answer:	Honestly, the WiFi/Bluetooth function of this machine is completely useless. It’s only mildly useful function is to tell you when the water tank is running low. Since the tank is clear and I am assuming you have eyes, it’s a pointless feature.

Answer:	When it comes out of the brewer it's piping hot but it doesn't last unless you preheat your cup first! I have made this a habit (I microwave with the cup half full of water for 1 minute, 15 sec). I also preheat my cream or milk with the frother when adding it to my coffee. This isn't like your typical coffee brewer, for sure. It takes some getting used to. I find it's worth the extra effort to get a really great cup of coffee.

Answer:	No, there is no ptfe coating. Stainless steel jug without coating, the exterior of the base is also stainless steel, the cover of the jug is made of material ABS.
Question:	Does it have an option to just warm your milk without frothing
Answer:	Yes. It stirs and heats with little foam. One of four choices. 1. Stirring and Heating, 2. Frothing and Heating, 3. Frothing cold milk, 4. Frothing and heating chocolate milk.
Question:	Does this heat and froth the milk at the same time
Answer:	Yes. It heats the milk and froths it at the same time. In fact it makes it a very enjoyable hot temperature yet without scalding it. There’ll also the option of cool, frothy milk.
Question:	can this really heat milk for hot chocolate . Few frother I bought over spilled when try to heat for more time
Answer:	Yes! I use it for hot cocoa almost every day and it's great. I love it. For what it's worth, I use unsweetened powdered cocoa, not hot chocolate mix, but it will work for both. You use the heat and froth setting (lower left red light). I don't use the extra cocoa dome gadget thing, but I do gently sprinkle the cocoa in while the milk is frothing. If you just dump a bug chunk of cocoa in, it may clog up a bit.

Answer:	Mine was made in Ukraine. Its marked on the bottom of the machine. capsule is made in Swithland
Question:	How tall of a cup can I fit in this machine without removing the lower section
Answer:	You can put a larger cup right in front (but not inside) the machine, and use a much larger--including 12 oz--cup. I do that alot--no need to remove the pieces inside the machine. You can also program this machine easily to give you the volume you prefer (I have programmed my for 8 oz). But if you like really strong coffee, you might not want to do that.
Question:	Do the used cup go into a storage container within the machine
Answer:	Yes, when you lift the lever, the used capsules fall into a container below. It fits about 6 capsules. The container slides out like a drawer for emptying/cleaning.
Question:	Which Nespresso pods does this take ? The original or Vertuo
Answer:	The Essenza Mini Espresso machine takes the Original capsules only. It does not take Vertuo capsules.

Answer:	I've not found any for the VertuoLine machines ... only earlier models... perhaps in time.
Question:	Does this machine only make regular coffee and espressos? Can you also make lattes
Answer:	This Breville Vertuo Coffee and Espresso Machine is bundled with an Aeroccino3 milk frother, for the option of making coffee recipes such as cappuccinos and lattes.
Question:	can you brew with K-cups
Answer:	Absolutely not! You can only brew with Nespresso's Vertuo cups. They are completely different and twice the cost of a K-cup. This is really excellent coffee and a luxury product.
Question:	I saw this item has a P65 cancer and reproductive harm warning. Can I get more information on this
Answer:	I used to be a barista and there is also reproductive harm warning for espresso machines due to the milk residue left on the tools used to froth the milk. We were trained to clean it very well after each use. I can’t remember why but I was trained that the milk froth left over was potentially hazardous, to pregnant women especially, so may be worth looking into the hazards regarding the frothed milk.

Question:	Will this machine work with Nespresso pro capsules
Answer:	there are two types of home capsules: original line and vertuo. this machine uses original line. pro capsule are for offices, so i think it unlikely they are usable in this or the vertuo lines, for obvious reasons.
Question:	Does this make a double shot? It says 2.7 oz in description and other machines make 1.35 oz espresso
Answer:	It makes a 1.35oz (espresso) shot and a 3.7oz (lungo) shot. If we want the 2.7, we just push the espresso button twice. We’ve had our machine and the milk frother since January and I’m serious when I say, I skip the coffee shop because of it! I think in the way from work that I will stop and then remember I have the Nespresso! 😜 We use it 4-6 times per day and love it!
Question:	What is the difference between this model and the newer one
Answer:	The older model is heavier, a little louder, has a thicker more sturdy water tank. Also the lid on the water tank sits on top of the tank instead of sitting level with the tank. Personally, I prefer the older model to the newer. My machine is the original Pixie C30 and was manufactured by Nespresso, not Breville etc. Most machines are mfg in Switzerland but I have seen a few which are mfg in Mexico.
Question:	What are the differences between Breville and de’ longhi
Answer:	They’re just two companies that collaborated with Nespresso on their own versions of the Pixie. In doing my own research to figure out which one I wanted to buy, I found out that the deLonghi is the only version with metal parts and not all plastic parts. And that means it should last longer, wear down slower etc. That’s the only really significant difference I’m aware of. Hope that helps.
