Answer:	I don't have anything with which to accurately measure the length of the cord, but I would estimate that it is approximately 60". I have it running from the top of my desk, to the far corner, down under the desk to an opposite corner where the surge protector is.

Answer:	No it does not have auto shutoff. You cannot tell from the box or the manual (since the manual is generic and covers a large number of models). I called the manufacturer. They said if you cannot see a clock on the front of the coffee maker, then it won't have an auto shutoff. I sent it back since I know I will often forget to shut it off.

Answer:	I agree. Why have a choice of 1-4 cups? If you put 2 cups of water it’ll brew 2 cups. It would be nice for me if I could fill the water up to 12 cups and brew 2 cups a day for several days. You’d just have to add new coffee not water. I’m considering buying this machine but I’m not sure how long the coffee will stay hot. I have a Mr coffee now and it only stays hot about an hour.

Answer:	The water gets hot enough but we had trouble with the lid flow valve sticking closed. At times the coffee would not flow through into the pot and would run over on the counter & floor. Had to make sure the valve in the top was open when assembling for brewing in the morning. Seemed like the valve would stick easily. I returned our coffee maker because it ran over twice.

Answer:	Put liquid in, either milk or water to fill line. Add in hot cocoa & other ingredients to your liking. Put the lid on in the closed position, push the on button & it will mix itself. Question:	Didn't I buy this last year on Black Friday for like $15 at Walmart? $150 is outrageous for a product like this
Answer:	I bought my 1st one at Linens N Things for $15.00!!! They don't make them anymore so I guess that's the reason for the high cost now. They're hard to find so jack up the price. It's rated as the #1 hot chocolate maket. I've had a few over the last 20 years. My last one died right before Thanksgiving. So sad. I LOVE my Cocomotion but not enough to spend $150.00!!! I even wrote to the manufacturer to find out if they had any laying around. Lol Haven't heard back. 😢

Answer:	You can use the gold filter that comes with the coffee pot or #4 disposable filters.

Answer:	First I would contact Amazon customer service then I would contact Mr. Coffee directly to see about a free replacement of course depending on how long you have had the coffee maker. Amazon sells replacement carafes and a long time ago (probably original Mr. Coffee) I purchased a pot directly from Mr. Coffee. You can also check ebay or Goodwill online.
