Answer:	The Cuisinart features two separate reservoirs — one to brew a full pot of coffee & one for a single-serve cup. The two reservoirs mean that when you brew a pot, you aren’t using up all of the water from the single-serve reservoir — which is a plus. However both reservoirs are somewhat difficult to access. To answer your question, you don’t have to pour water in each time for the single-serve function, which is an improvement over some other dual coffee makers (like the Hamilton Flex Brew). The single-serve reservoir holds 40 oz — enough to brew three 10 oz cups or five 6 oz cups before refilling. (It requires a limited amount of water to remain in the reservoir to work properly.) For a larger reservoir, consider the Keurig K-Duo Plus, which features a 60-63 oz single reservoir. Hope that helps:)

You fill your cup with the amount of water you want, pour it in the machine, and push the button. I use a 16oz cup and it fills it full. The reservoir is emptied every time you use it so no mold/bacteria problem either!

Answer:	I’m old and not at all competent with electronics. I just can’t video anything by myself. I ha no one any more capable than I available. So there won’t be any video. That having been said, I can send a good evaluation. My wife and I use the machine daily without fail. She has complained that the hot plate/warmer does not keep the coffee warm enough. I only use the single service side with my thermos cup. It works fine for me. However, I have yet to find any of the Hamilton Beach coffee pods. Thank you for including the ability to use loose coffee. It is a good machine. It certainly beats the Mr. Coffee it replaced.

Question:	I cannot find replacement carafe, is one available
Answer:	These meals are very easy to prepare. There is one meal per pouch. Simply open pouch, remove oxygen absorber, add 10.5 oz boiling water, stir and let sit for 10 mins. Then the food is ready to eat. The individual product page for each meal will contain the prep instructions for that item. Check the bullet points for more info. We have also included an image of the back of the pouch that has detailed instructions for each meal. Hope this helps!
