1) Separate the top and bottom, and place the grass between the teeth.

2) Assemble the top and bottom together and turn the handle. The longer the grinding process, the thinner will be the fine particles.

3) Open the cover: the HERB is ground and is now ready for use.



Note: Please turn the handle clockwise, NOT counterclockwise

Answer:	Carmen - Take into consideration this is a manual grinder, not electric. This all depends on the type of herbs you are grinding and note there are holes for herbs to fall through. This may not be the best option for turning herbs into powder, even when turning it upside down to create a finer grind. We hope this helps.

Answer:	I didn’t notice any smells or oil. But before first use I wash whole unit in mild soap and water and use olive oil on the screw parts and around lid edge on top of grinder ( olive oil keeps everything moving) and it is good to go. I generally clean my grinder depending on use once a month.

Answer:	Did you solved it? Mine also have it's blue light always on. If you put it on operational position it starts grinding and the lights still on. Positioning it upright and the grinding stops but the lights still on.

Answer:	I believe so. But they are very easy to use. You remove the bottoms to fill. Just about a half turn and they open easily. Batteries are in the top part and that is just a quick twist to open as well. Adjusting the coarseness is done at the very tip by turning clockwise for finer grind

Answer:	The units certainly don't leak.However, there could be residue after grinding, even if in dust form, which could accmulate, or at least never be welcome on my spotless counter! I find it easy to return to the tray and knowing where they when I reach for them, even if I am a little anal!

Answer:	Hello, Thank you for getting in touch with your question, The fine and coarse marks on the underside are to be used as in indication as to which way to turn for a coarser grind and which way to turn for a finer grind. Many people get confused by this, so please note EACH CIRCLE DOES NOT represent a fixed setting. This is something we are in the process of fixing so customers are not as easily confused. The adjuster bezel is like a nut and bolt meaning that the looser the nut is the bigger the ceramic grind mechanism gap is, meaning a coarser grind or larger desired spice. The opposite applies so the tighter the nut the smaller the gap the spice has to fit through the ceramic grind mechanism meaning the desired spice would be finer. Also to note the adjuster will always turn when the motor is on as it is attached to driveshaft which turns, so don't be confused if the setting looks like it is changed once the motor has been in operation.
