Question:	Does the wax not lessen/go down when you are using a candle warmer? I've only ever used/burned a candle through the use of the wick, not with a warmer
Answer:	I have used the same candle for about 10 years on a warmer! I do not turn it on every day though. Maybe 30-50 days a year. There has been very little evaporation from it. Still smells as amazing as the first time.
Question:	The Product Details list the dimensions as 11.8 " x 7.3 x 1.6 - - this seems enormous - - as the warming plate is 4 " Is this a misprint ? Please help Thanx
Answer:	I just measured mine and the warming plate is 4", but the base is like 5" x 5" (circular) and it is 1-1/8 (or close high). Even adding the little decorative piece, none of my measurements are as listed above. Only explanation (maybe) is that is the size of the item in its packaging. Hope this helps. By the way it works beautifully.
Question:	Will it keep coffee hot
Answer:	I bought a warmer specifically for keeping my cup of chai hot (it does keep it hot enough to still drink comfortably). The manufacturer says it safely reaches 131F. For this candle warmer product I've read comments about the temperature being from 130F to 142F. Keep in mind these temps are taken from folks who tested the warmers temp, not the temp for a cup of liquid. I'm thinking that the coffee warmers and the candle warmers are the same type of product. Just advertised for different uses.

Answer:	Thank you for asking this question! If you've just poured the cup of coffee, it will continuously stay warm. If you have a coffee that is ice cold, depending on the size of the cup, ambient temperature, and the type of cup, it can take up to 5 minutes. In our tests in a 70F room, with cool tap water in an ikea glass cup, the water temperature went from 60F to 120F in roughly 3 minutes. This was probably 8 ounces of water or about half a regular water bottle. To sum everything up, IT DEPENDS... Answer:	It has a wall plug, because a 5V USB Cord doesn't achieve a better heat performance.

Even after a couple of hours when I forgot I had my unfinished coffee on the warmer it was all good. I love this warmer. It keeps my coffee at just the right drinkable temperature. Question:	What is the temperature of the plate at its lowest setting? I'm worried about deforming a piece of cheap plastic
Answer:	The temperature is 104 degrees. I do not believe it deform your cup. If you place the cup in the dishwasher you will have no issues on this setting.

Answer:	I use the Vobaga warmer to maintain temperature of coffee in Corelle 11 oz. mugs which have an indent on the bottom. It does a great job.
Question:	Can this be used with plastic (Starbuck) cups
Answer:	NO!!!!! ABSOLUTELY NOT!! This can only be used with ceramic, metal, or other heat proof cups. There is a warning on the slip in the box that states this. It has 3 heat settings and even on the coolest (lukewarm at best), I wouldn't place a plastic cup of any kind on it. This is one of the best coffee warmers I've ever owned. I can even keep my soup hot on it on the highest setting.

Answer:	It is not wireless. There is a long cord attached, so you can use it almost anywhere, but it does limit it to where there is an outlet somewhere in the vicinity.

But some people says it is not warm enough and they do not have a flat bottom cup. Therefore, we added a heat conductor disc in the new batch, which can be stick beneath the cup. So the cup can fully contact the warmer, and the heat can conduct so much better.

Answer:	The diameter of the heating area is around 2.5 to 3 inch. Temperature is higher when it goes center.

Answer:	Yes, it stays on the temp you set. Cup sensing mode is not only maintain the temp you set, but also for the situation when you forget to put the mug back. It will turn off in 5 mins, instead of waiting for 8 hrs to auto off. For safety, saving electricity and environmentally friendly:)
Question:	On the reviews it says it won't warm up room temperature water and how is this not do if the temperature setting goes up to 230 degrees
Answer:	Double walled glass mugs are usually designed to handle the temperature at what most people drink their tea, coffee or soup. The most important thing with this product is using a flat bottomed mug. Many mugs are not flat bottomed. I got around this issue by putting coins on the plate underneath the mug. However I don't recommend others do this due to possible safety issues. Glass conducts heat well, so I would imagine a dual-walled glass mug would work better, actually.
