Fabric construction is a woven 100% polyester with a durable vinyl coating. It slips quickly and easily into the open slot on most awning roller tubes and the top portion can stay in the tube for storage. The insert slides into the awning roller and rolls up with the awning. This allows you to reach the zipper without a ladder. When you set up again, simply zip the body panel into the insert.
How to measure center of arm to center of arm and select your length
IMPORTANT NOTE: The length of your EZ Zip Blocker cannot be longer than your fabric!
How to select your drop
Carefree offers three drop sizes, 7 ft., 8 ft., and 9 ft. Fully extend your awning and measure from the bottom of the roller tube to the ground. The body of the EZ Zip Blocker will always be 6 ft. The insert will vary depending on the drop you choose. Example: If you order an 8 ft. drop the insert will be 2 ft. plus the 6 ft. body. Please reference the image above. If you would like extra shade you may want to order your drop a foot longer, angle the EZ Zip Blocker and stake it down. Stakes sold separately.

On my Domestic it’s in the end without the electric motor , if you just take off the motor you’ll have no problems . If you take off both ends watch out for the spring and it’s 12 rotations clockwise to rewind, I found out the hard way . Good luck |

Carefree Awnings Solid Off White Vinyl Replacement Canopy/Fabric for a 18'
Product description
Canopy is constructed of 13.5 oz.Off White Vinyl with a matching Vinyl Weatherguard. Includes polyrod that is sewn into the fabric: 1/4" at one end to slide into the awning rail on your RV (standard) and 3/16" at the other end to slide into the slot on the roller tube of your Carefree awning. Please note-this is a 2-piece fabric meaning the valance is separate from the main fabric. It slides into a separate slot on your roller so there will be a small amount of your roller tube visible between the end of the fabric and the slot where the valance slides in. Actual fabric measures 17' 2" (206”), at the awning rail, to fit an 18' center of arm to center of arm vertical awning. Works on manual or electric awnings with a standard 8’ extension: Carefree Awning Models Fiesta, Spirit, Travel’r, Eclipse, One-Touch, Pioneer, Pioneer Lite & Fiesta Lite; as well as Dometic , A&E, Weatherpro, Sunchaser and 8500 models. Also fits LCI/Lippert Solera Awnings. Important Note: Not compatible with Carefree awnings that feature a metal wrap. Replacement awning fabric is brand new, never used, never installed. It is folded inside a box so when you remove it will need to be unfolded to allow the creases to relax before installing. Please be sure to check your measurements to ensure this will fit your awning.
