Answer:	It fits in the palm of my adult female hand and all my fingers remain visible. It measures 3-3/4" across the top and 3-1/4 " across the bottom. Nice pans, but they don't hold much filling after the crust is baked. I bake over 100 tarts per week so I know my tarts. I use the Wilton 4-3/4" pans for a bigger tart. Answer:	no but i would put the pans on a baking sheet or some such just in case the blueberries leak a little. I'd make a jam like liquid to put the berries in so they don't leak. I use em for quiches mostly and other tarts like lemon, plum, apple, so not as much liquid.

Answer:	The 9" round recipe (by math) will cover 63.5 square inches; this pan should use 70 square inches of dough. You should be close enough with 1 9" round recipe to cover this pan, just a hair thinner. Hopes this helps.

Answer:	Though I haven't used my tart pans for cheesecakes, I have the smaller version in which I have made mini cheesecakes. That recipe had a pressed-in crumb crust. As long as you use some kind of a crust: Graham cracker or cookie crumb for example, to prevent your filling from leaking out the lift-out bottoms, cheesecakes would be a cinch!

Question:	What are the dimensions of the pan
Answer:	The pan dimensions overall are 11 1/8 x 15 3/4 inches. Interior dimensions of the wells are 4 1/8 inches at the top and 3 5/16 inches across the bottom. I used an upgrade stainless steel ruler to measure the top, and a measuring tape to do the interior at the bottom. Both items measured the same across the top, so I assume they are both accurate. Depth measures at just a hair shy of 1 1/4 inches. If you are using these for cakes, then, typically, cake will shrink a bit as it cools; if you are making buns, how much the bread will shrink depends on the recipe. I've done wedding cakes for years, so I am very picky with my measurements; I hope this helps! :)

Heat over to 350F In a bowl, add: 6Tablespoons flour 6Tablespoons sugar (or 5T and 1T vanilla sugar, if you have it) 1teaspoon baking powder 3 whole eggs Beat with a mixer for 3-4 min pour into prepared pan bake at 350F for 18-20 min (if center of cake "bounces" back when lightly touched, it should be done) let cool in pan for about 2 min turn it out and let cool completely before doing the rest, ie, topping w fruit and glaze or whatever you want.
