Answer:	If your nonstick-coated pans are sticking, we recommend cleaning your pans thoroughly (with Barkeeper's Friend or a baking soda and vinegar paste) and using shortening, baking spray or butter to grease. Fats that are solid at room temperature are best; vegetable oil and nonstick spray tend to polymerize in high heat and cause a sticky residue buildup, which in turn causes cakes and batters to stick.

Answer:	Officially I can not say that it is 'dishwasher safe' but I have put mine in the dishwasher and they wash up nicely. I got them to replace 2 old set that started rusting when they had water sitting on them for too long - don't know if they were not dishwasher safe or if they were just old and the non-stick had worn away from years of use. Hope that is helpful. They have been great replacements - my food doesn't stick in them at all!

Answer:	EVERYTHING is made in China.....so unless it states another country specifically, that would be my guess. "Made in China" is something they don't like to mention because of all the poor quality products made there. Question:	Is it a one-piece or does it have seams and crevices?? I have a tart-size pan that has 24 cups and it appears to be pressed out of one piece of material. It has no seams anywhere, it is just one smooth piece; id est, no crevices or seams
Answer:	I haven't found it to be an issue, but then again, none of my food has 'overflowed' to that point where it would get stuck in that seam.

Answer:	I would not attempt it as I do believe it would be very difficult to lift the cheesecakes out without making a mess. There is a special pan for this purpose, where the bottom can be pushed up to remove the little cheesecakes in one solid piece.

Answer:	Yes, one cup of rice is fine. We might be able to cook only half of a cup but honestly I never tried it my self. The other answers are pretty much accurate. We can cook up to 6 cups and the quality is great, especially for the price. Whenever it's done cooking, make sure you either keep using the "keep warm" feature or just stir the rice up at the beginning so it wont' stick to the bottom and surrounding area of the cooking container. Enjoy!
Question:	How can something steel reinforced be microwaveable? Can anyone explain that
Answer:	The lid is vented and designed to release moisture. When water is heated it evaporates. So place a lid on the rice that isn’t vented to retain the moisture and maintain the humidity in your bowl. Or wrap the lid in cellophane preferable restaurant quality because it can handle up to 500* and sub zero temperatures. . This will essentially plug the hole and make more of a seal when you put the lid back on. This could be enough to maintain the humidity inside your cooker. Rice is a starch when you add water it will bloat. So you risk ending up with mushy rice and dry hard rice. Also fluff your rice with chopsticks or a fork, immediately after cooking completes, it will prevent the rice from drying in large chunks. Over fluffing rice will make it sticky and mushy
Question:	how to clean silicone muffin pans
Answer:	lots of steam does come out of the steam hole and it is supposed to do that. It does make a mess so we drape a thin tea towel - not folded over - across the top of the steamer and over the hole. While the towel does get damp, the mess is contained. The thinnest of the towel still allows for the steam to escape while keeping the surroundings relatively dry. Hope that helps.

Answer:	I used it to make keto fat bombs and they popped out great. It uses nut butter and sugar free chocolate
Question:	Do you have to use a non stick spray or does everything come out easily without it
Answer:	Everything came out very well. I wouldn’t let it cool completely before removing your baked goods. Slightly warm is great for removal. I tried spray and wiping a bit of butter or oil and that also worked but NO it is not technically needed

Answer:	Yes, this silicone mold is dishwasher safe.
Question:	Is the surface shiny so that the pan can be used for resin projects
Answer:	The general surface is matte but inside the rounds are a little shiny. I think it would work for resin.
