Question:	Are these China made
Answer:	I'm not sure; I have had these springform pans for a while, and don't have the box; there are no markings on the pans. But, theya re heavy steel, have strong clasps, and are very easy to wash by hand or machine. They're good pans in useful sizes; I recommend them.

Answer:	Stainless steel.
Question:	Do these pans truly don't leak, like every one that I have purchased previously
Answer:	I haven't used it very much. But I have not experienced leaking.
Question:	Measurements ? Can cover be removed
Answer:	The utensil baskets are identical to the Maytag units that came with our dishwasher. They measure approximately 9 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches. The knife/fork/spoon divider can be removed revealing the three main sections molded into the basket.

Question:	does it matter if you put the base on one way or another
Answer:	The pot has six holes, three for drainage and three of which attach attach to the saucer with snap fittings. The three snap fittings have several rings, and it is shipped with the saucer attached to the bottom ring of each snap fitting, so that the saucer is right up against the pot. The way it works is that you remove the saucer by pulling it away from the pot with moderate pressure, and then reinstalling the saucer so that it is attached to the top rings, allowing excess water to drain through the remaining three holes into the saucer.

Answer:	Just looked at the ones I have and there is no recycle number or symbol on them.

Answer:	11 cups of water filled my pan to within 1/2 inch to the top.
Question:	I am new to baking. Is this the size you'd need for a typical bundt cake recipe
Answer:	Most regular bundt cake recipes call for a 10 -12 cup pan - not 2 1/2 cups.
Question:	Since this cake pan is a light colored on the inside, do your cakes come out lighter and prettier instead of dark brown? Thank you in advance
Answer:	I've only used mine a couple of times, and the cakes have come out looking like a layer or sheet cake in color.
