Answer:	You're right, they have very little tint. I'd be surprised if they have protection from the sun. My daughter only used them three times before the clasp in the back broke. Good design idea, poor execution.

If the goggles start to hurt after a minute or two, they're too tight. If they barely stay in place, they need to be tightened.

1. To loosen the straps , press the adjuster(Press the place near the lens of adjuster) ,pull the below strap out or away from the goggles.

2. To tighten the straps, pull the above strap through the buckle or clasp to the doubled-over section of the straps.

How long the anti-fog will be lasting ?

I can tell you this that my grandchildren range in age from 18 months to 9 years old and they each have a pair. They fit well and they all love them. The only goggles they use now.
