Answer:	Not sure, what size? measure the diameter & height. calculate area and multiply by height measurement. Will give you volume.

Answer:	In considering the baking time for a cake layer, the important factor will be the thickness. Your oven heat soaking time will be approximately the same for a diametral shape or a square/ rectangular shape. Pretend it's a 10x10 inch shape - use the recommended bake time and, as usual - do the toothpick test. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I've made several cheesecakes in this pan, and there is a "leak" of what I think is the oil from the cream cheese - so I put something under it now. The batter doesn't leak out - and there's not a lot of oil, but there is some.

Answer:	According to This Old Gal Instant Pot Pressure Cooker New York Cheesecake recipe and the same question posed too her was answered by her as the 6 in one will fit in the Min Duo. Answer:	I would like to point out that these items have a top and a bottom, both the circular bottom (the dimples point up in the proper position) and the cylindrical side (there is a groove at the lower margin to embrace the edge of the round pan which should be dimples up). Pause. There are four ways to assemble it. Only one of them is correct. It does not leak if correctly assembled. Just from examining the parts with care, it should be no trouble or very little trouble to get it to work as well for you as it does for me.

Question:	Are they leak proof
Answer:	Yes - leak proof from the actual spring form pans but if making cheesecakes you will still need to cover them in aluminum foil if submerging them in a water bath.
Question:	Can I simpley make my (regular sized) cheese cake recipe and expect it to fit in these 3 minis or would I need more
Answer:	I purchased 3 sets (9 pans total). I made two batches of my regular cheesecake recipe (9") and used all 9 the 1st time. I cooked them exactly the same (water bath, temperature, and setting time) but for 1/2 the length of time. They came out a little thin so I made 7 the 2nd time. I cooked them an extra 10 minutes and they came out much better. The crust was a little thicker and the filling a little taller. I had nothing but compliments both times.
Question:	Can I stack them and bake a tall cake
Answer:	One can only stack the layers AFTER they are individually baked. If using a full recipe, one will need a minium of four to five pans to bake the cake. I have done this using the 7-inch pans. Three 7-inch pans will bake a full recipe beautifully and make a three layer cake. I am purchasing six of the 4-inch pans which should yield four to five 2-layer mini cakes.
Question:	Any tips on how to clean the inner rim? I get cake batter in it and it becomes a pain to clean. -_
Answer:	I just soak them for about 10-20 minutes in hot soapy water and then run a round double-pointed toothpick around the rim to clean it.

Answer:	You might want to measure the diameter across the bottom of your pan rather than the 9" at the top. The inside measurement of the wrap is exactly 9", so It may not fit. I have a 9" silicone springform that has a closure that is a bit bulkier than typical, and the 9" wrap was a bit too tight to remove the cheesecake easily. I got the 10", which works perfectly and likely will for you too. You may want to reach out to the company for input, as I found Cheryl very responsive. BTW - this is THE GREATEST PRODUCT! It completely changed my experience making cheesecake.

Question:	Is this exactly 9 inches or is it a little smaller? I have a 9” and it actually measures
Answer:	Each cup holds 1/4 cup or 4 Tbs. If you use a crust. This will fill the cup to proper depth. These are small cakes so fill almost to the brim for a 2 bite cake. I have a recipe that uses 12 oz of cream cheese and it make 20 cakes. I find it easiest , with less dripping, to put the batter in a pitcher when filling these little cups.
