Question:	Is it okay to use parchment paper with this pan
Answer:	I have never tried that but I would be curious as to see how it works. I have always sprayed with Pam including the dividers and it came out without sticking. The key is to spray it good.
Question:	Is the 9x13” pan just by itself the same thing as the red copper cake pan
Answer:	No it is a special pan that is SUPPOSED to help get the brownies out, that little RED thing it shows in the picture goes UNDER the pan, when you set the pan on top of the RED thing there is a hole in the bottom of the pan that I GUESS is suppose to help. I would not try to use it as a regular cake pan because the liquid mix might flow out before it cooks. I personally was very disappointed with the product. I have many of the Copper products, but this one DOES NOT perform like the others, everything STICKS, can not get the brownies out of the little squares without them breaking to crumbs, it is copper colored, but for some reason lacks the non-stick ability of all of the other Copper products, in my opinion I would NOT buy this product, I am certainly sorry that I made the mistake.
Question:	Will it work like a regular 9”x13” pan
Answer:	Yes. It's no different from ANY 9x13 pan except for the removable bottom piece. But it DOES have the possibility of batter "oozing" around the bottom section and leaking out, so I always place a cookie sheet under it.
Question:	What size are the actual brownies, and can this be used for fudge
Answer:	The squares are about 3 by 3 and should work well with fudge ! I have really enjoyed my pan !

Question:	does it come in bigger sizes
Answer:	yes
Question:	I assume this will be great for evaporating off ethanol after winterizing, but why are people blasting into them? Are they platinum-cured
Answer:	I was just reading up about this. Was looking for this for same reason, to blast onto. The info I found was from a manufacturer and their communication with skunklabs regarding just this. Being platinum cured will make this as safe as we know. The problem is that if it is cut or nicked in any way, the next time you blast, the silicone will absorb the butane (it added 30% to the silicone weight when they blasted on cut silicone, but it quickly evaporated), which is not good as it allows the chemicals to mix and the silicone will become part of your wax. So, unless it says it's for that purpose or you can find it platinum cured and can risk it with maybe trim runs, don't use it. It's a pain to scrape, but until there is a better solution, it's the safest. There is a lot at the molecular level we don't understand that is probably harmful. I would heed the post above about all the lost wax from using these. Butane should be at -6F when you spray into the vessel (freezer or dry ice). At that temp I can let it soak for 2 hours in my pressurized extractor (just a 1.5" open blast tube with valves at each end and a gauge. Allows you to soak the material saving butane and getting better return) and not loose any butane, but above that after 2hrs, half is gone and I have to do another soak. So if I was gonna blast on it, the butane would be -6F and I don't like the reports about low temps and the trays shape. Too many questions to save some time. If you try, I would make sure you have it in hot tap water, no hotter (see there we don't know. With glass you don't use water hotter than tap, but silicone doesn't transfer heat as well, so you may want to try hot water and a temp gun, see what temp keeps the tray at (Min) 88F to 100F (Max) so the silicone has the best chance with the temps and not crumpling into the water. Having the valve I can control the spray rate, so I can keep the tray in shape, but open blast will be a shock to the tray (so much so fast so cold). Spray with the tray out of water and the tray will be very risky to move, without spilling. Prolly some way to support the tray in water so you don't loose the butane will help, something under the whole tray. Seems it's a gamble with your health to try tho. I would research it before I bought it for that purpose, what I read wasn't positive and the scientist was trying to discourage people from using their products to spray onto directly, enough for me, no need for the technical jargon, he had the PHd and made these trays.

Answer:	By actual measurement: Each cup is 2.5 inches square by 1.5 inches deep.

Answer:	It will if you buy the box mix that says it'll make the 9x13 (I think that's the largest one) pan. I accidently bought the box mix that was for the 8x8 or 9x9 square pans and I had to leave a few of the square holders empty or the brownies would have been very thin. And I didn't even have to oil the pan either. They came out great. What a surprise.

Answer:	The squares are 2 1/2" x 2 1/2". Resulting brownies are slightly smaller after cooling.

Answer:	Yes 1 Box of Brownie Mix ( IS ) sufficient, if you like you could make them thicker by adding Two Boxes that would work as well, but not Three.

Answer:	Manufacturer recommends you spray with a non-stick coating on the insert that divides the brownies. I decided to just spray the rest of the pan. Turned out great.

Answer:	Before they bake. After you take them out of the oven, you wait 15 minutes before removing the insert. Then, you let the pan cool completely before removing the bottom. The instructions come with it.

Answer:	No this cake pan is not induction compatible.
Question:	Can you cut withou scratching
Answer:	I always use non-metal utensils, or line the pan with parchment paper so I can lift whatever I've made out and don't have to cut it in the pan.

Answer:	It's the amount of brownie batter you use that makes a difference, not the pan itself. Many mixes / recipes call for a smaller (e.g., 12x8) pan, and if you use this larger pan, they will come out thinner than you'd expect. This has nothing to do with the pan. Question:	Product dimensions say this pan is11.5 x 11.5 x 10.5 inches. That can't be. What are the exact inside dimensions, including depth
Answer:	This is bs, the manufacturer said its “ 3.5-inch depth”...so I ordered it cause I need a deep pan but it’s only 2.5”..I’m not sure that’s going to be deep enough...if you’re answering a simple question how hard is it to get it right?! Frustrated in Chicago
