Answer:	Just buy dawn platinum soak for a few minutes and it will come clean without having to use any brush as I don't recommend doing.I have had issues but it was due to being scratched and then it would start releasing the bone stick material.However,compared to other pans have bought her has been the easiest to clean.So lose a couple over wear and tear not bad in my opinion.as far thickness seams normal thickness.I use a little pam before using her baking pans.

Answer:	I have not had any issues with using it on a ceramic stove. No precautions have been needed. This is my second pan. This last one did not set evenly on the stove. The first one did. Luck of the draw?

Answer:	I don’t have an induction cooktop and the description does not say that it can be used on induction cooktops, so I would say no. Unless you have one of those pans that you put under a pan so you can use it on an induction. My daughter has an induction cooktop and she bought new pots and pans to use on it, but she also got a flat pan that you can put non induction cookware on top of, so they will work on an induction cooktop.

Question:	Of what kind of material is Rachael Ray's non-stick bakeware made? Is it Teflon
Answer:	Good morning,From what I remember, it's made from some sort of carbon steel. I've used it about 10 times already, and it's very easy to clean & is in the same condition from the 1st day I received it, it looks brand new. So it can really stand the test of time at this point. I hope this information is of help to you.
Question:	Is it easy to lift the inner pan out when the meatloaf and pan are hot? I don't see an overlap like some of these pans have to make it easy to grasp
Answer:	No, it is not easy to lift out when hot. I use silicone mitts and cannot get the insert out of the pan. It took 2 of us - me with a spatula trying to life from the corner, and my husband holding the other end steady. I will try to remove the meatloaf first next time. Other than this issue, it separates MOST, not all, of the fat from the loaf, and it cleans up easily. No sprays or greasing of the pan necessary.
