Answer:	It's possible, yes. Now that said, I have reused them, but only if they are not soiled such as oily. Another method to be able to reuse would be to cover them in foil prior to laying the cake on or using parchment.

Answer:	I use a board 2” larger than the cake—8” cake = 10” board, 10” cake = 12” board. I recently did a 9” cake and used a 10” board. I had to put a border on the bottom that was smaller than I usually use as a result. I think in the future I would use a 12” board for the 9” cake.

Answer:	Oh, yes they are! I use fat plastic straws to support the weight under each tier and a sharpened dowel will punch right through all the tiers to anchor them for no sliding. These are what you want.

Answer:	I have always covered them with foil. I have run water on the white part and it did not leak through. I know the bottom is not grease proof.

Answer:	I love Wilton Armetale products and have used them for many years. This size is great for appetizers and for serving bread...in fact I used it last night to serve biscuits and tonight to bake appetizers...honest. The appetizers were baked on it at 450* for 6 minutes, but it can be used at a higher temp for longer. I wash by hand, as it will lose its gloss in a dishwasher.

Answer:	These aren’t very robust and I only hand wash mine, towel dry and then pop them back in the oven whilst it cools down after baking so that they dry thoroughly before putting away. I suspect from the quality they may rust if left to drain/ air dry.
