Answer:	It has an opening. The opening can be used for either a collar attachment of the leash or a harness. It is back a bit so maybe easier to pull the harness rings to attach the leash. I've used it both ways and it really is a very nice rain coat (even though we haven't had much rain in California)

I would add some Velcro under the chin to keep the hood on especially on a windy day. I made slits in the hood to put the ears through.to keep the hood on ( only would work with floppy ears) . Question:	Will these fit over a backpack
Answer:	Yes, if it's a smaller type backpack. If it's a bigger one used for hiking, and the person is large it will be tight. The Rain Ponchos are roomy and I'm not a small person. I use for extra protection at my job. Each is packaged individually, so that is convenient. Hope that helps. So far am pleased. Comes in a pack of Blue, Pink or Clear.
Question:	How long will it take for me to receive it
Answer:	It was shipped right away. This was last year June when I ordered. I don’t know if it is the same now with this covid.
Question:	What size is the the individual package? I have a small purse and am trying to figure out if one rain poncho will fit in it
Answer:	It's one size fits all. I'm close to 5'11'' and it fits well so it will be probably really big unless your purse is bookbag size.
