Answer:	Yes it works well for sauces. I have used it to make a Thai peanut sauce for a Thai pizza. Any liquid can be used to make a sauce. The Thai sauce was soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, water and ground ginger. You can also make as directed on the label and use in any recipe that calls for peanut butter.

Answer:	You DON'T have to add oil to it for it to be peanut butter. The directions are to add water. You CAN add oil but if you are looking to save calories do the water. It tastes great.

Answer:	Yes I make a shake each morning using 14-21 grams of this in addition to two scoops chocolate whey, 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach, and 3/4 cup of cooked gluten free oatmeal. Answer:	Why are people ganging up on the OP asking the question? There is a reason that most retail companies selling on Amazon and why Amazon themselves have return policies. It's called customer satisfaction. If you aren't satisfied with a product, for whatever reason, and the return policy guarantees your satisfaction, then you have the right to return it. How many people order food in a restaurant, and it isn't to their liking, it was cooked wrong (like asking for a medium rare burger and getting well done), or just didn't enjoy it? They tell the server, and just about 100% of the time, they are offered another dish or a refund. Yet protein powders shouldn't come with the...um guarantee that the main page of this product promises? Plus, this is Amazon. They have about the most liberal return policy imaginable. Look, me personally? I am with Serge Stiles in that if a protein powder, meal replacement, or other edible supplement tastes really bad, I suck it up and eat/drink it anyway. So long as it's healthy. Anyone who thinks these newfangled supplements taste bad, I would love to put you in a time machine and have you drink some of the most vile and disgusting tasting protein powders you can imagine! Instructions

Cut two identically-shaped hearts from fabric pieces. Align the fabric hearts on top of one another and use a running stitch to sew them together. Before finishing the stitch, fill heart with lavender buds and sew it closed. Attach a loop of thread for easy hanging. Enjoy and feel good!

Lavender Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients: 1 cup softened butter; 1/4 cup granulated sugar; 1/4 cup powdered sugar; 1/4 tsp salt; 2 cups different flours (1 cup all-purpose and 1 cup cake flour); 1 tbs chopped fresh lavender

Instructions

In a stand mixer, cream the butter, granulated sugar, powdered sugar, and salt until thoroughly combined, (~3 min). In another bowl, sift together the all-purpose and cake flours. Slowly mix the flour mixture into the butter mixture until just combined. Mix in chopped lavender. Roll the dough to a 1/2-inch-thick. Wrap rolled dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for ~4 hours. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Cut dough into desired shapes and place on parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake cookies until golden at the edges, (~20 mins). Remove from the oven and sprinkle with granulated sugar while still warm. Let cool completely. Enjoy and feel good!

Question:	I purchased this, haven't used it yet, it contains a black tool of some kind but nothing says what its for? does anyone know? thank you
Answer:	The black plastic item is an extension for the handle that snaps onto it. It works fine without it as well--might just be a little easier with it.
Question:	Received one today, with a warning label that it contains Nickel and Lead. Where are these metals used
Answer:	I just received my Deluxe version of this and it had the same Nickel and Lead disclosure on the box. The discs are definitely Nickel plated (That silver shiny look, not a stainless or aluminum look). Also, lead is sometimes used in nickel plating (quick search reveals this) so if I had to guess the discs also contain lead.
Question:	Are there any Christmas discs with this set
Answer:	Yes, there is a Christmas tree, a wreath and several others
Question:	Is this truly stainless steel? or aluminum? I've seen other models, all made by Mercato, but some say aluminum. I'm confused
Answer:	The answer is both. The parts that touch the dough are all aluminum - the column and the round silver parts that screw on the top and bottom. The lever is stainless steel. I believe the description is pretty misleading. Please note that the leading disc that pushes the dough forward is plastic. This has been the single piece that has broken for us on other cookie presses, rendering them useless. So far, so good with this one, but I was disappointed to see it was plastic.
