Answer:	Try going to Cooking.com and typing in the recipe for Big Blueberry Muffins. They use similar molds. From there you can expand your ideas and basically use any muffin or quick bread batter in these molds. They also come in handy for a layered cold chicken salad, jello salad or individual servings of some layered mousse desserts. A super runny batter would most likely not work with this mold, from the other comments of people who have ordered these molds. Hope this helps!

Heat over to 350F In a bowl, add: 6Tablespoons flour 6Tablespoons sugar (or 5T and 1T vanilla sugar, if you have it) 1teaspoon baking powder 3 whole eggs Beat with a mixer for 3-4 min pour into prepared pan bake at 350F for 18-20 min (if center of cake "bounces" back when lightly touched, it should be done) let cool in pan for about 2 min turn it out and let cool completely before doing the rest, ie, topping w fruit and glaze or whatever you want. Enjoy!!

Answer:	No, not in this model. It works fine, you just have to be careful to fully coat the flutes with butter or cooking spray to prevent any sticking. It does use the same amount of batter as two normal 9" rounds.

Answer:	I had to send mine back. It came without enough hardware to complete it’s assembly. I sent it back.

Answer:	Yes it helps, but I also wore a knee pad from my old rollerblading days. You can also buy knee pads in the gardening department of most hardware stores. I put on the knee pad upside down so that the slope tucks into the top of the cast.

Answer:	I assume it is vinyl. I used mine through recovery from two surgeries requiring no weight bearing for a total time of 8 months. I always used the fleece faux sheepskin cover which served me well. Perhaps the easiest fix for you is this padded fleece cover. Those casts are rough. I quickly found I needed the extra padding to help hold my knee in place and to provide the extra cushioning. This is a reliable company, they may replace your knee rest, but I would still recommend the fleece cover.....
