Answer:	No. The one that fits a quarter sheet pan is 11 3/4 x 8
Question:	Even if you don't directly grease the silpat, what about adding oil or cheese over veggies, won't this oil remain on mat
Answer:	I NEVER grease or oil the mat...Cookies,sticky buns do not stick( In fact being extra CAREFUL about pulling things out of the oven will be your new NORMAL !) I also use a casserole sized for things like baked macaroni and cheese..I slide it into a serving bowl and there is virtually NO cleanup....
Question:	Will the mat stick to a textured/leathered granite countertop or does the countertop need to be smooth
