Answer:	You'll always need to make water for water changes so buying in bulk saves money. if you go to the web site it will tell you the exact amount per gallon

Answer:	Yes, you can use this to make drinking/soaking water for tropical land hermit crabs. Just be sure they always have TWO WATER DISHES - one with de-chlorinated fresh water and one with brackish or salt water such as this. The dishes need to be deep enough for them to fill their shells with water if they want, but must have sponge or some driftwood in them for easy access in and out. Few people realize they need salt water as well as fresh, kudos to you for inquiring! If you know which species you have, you should google to find out any specific quirks or requirements.

Answer:	Typically, we recommend starting with 1/4 cup of salt to one gallon of water. This is half the amount used to make full marine conditions. You will need a hydrometer or refractometer to test the salinity. You need 1.010 - 1.015.

Question:	I have a 60 gallon fresh. Should i use two smalls or two large filters
Answer:	I don't use this for my Betta tanks (I have 7 Betta only tanks) only my 50 gallon cichlids tank because bettas are such hardy fish they can survive in most conditions. For my Betta tanks I use tap water and the aquasafe (a dechlorinator) and they're happy as can be. But the test strips are very easy to read. just go online to look at the general parameters they should be in before you do the test. If you do purchase these read the instructions some of the strips you have to read right away and some you have to wait a few minutes.
Question:	What's the expected life of this product? Is there a replacement sponge available
Answer:	Yes. 4 of the 5 tests work for saltwater also. Only the GH (general hardness) does not work for saltwater.
Question:	How the filter add oxygen level without air circulation? I guess water out hose must be above water surface, correct
Answer:	I found them easy to read and liked that the chart is printed on the container that holds the strips so it's readily available. When I first got my kit, I read the instructions and using a felt tipped pen, circled the values that my tank should be at for each test, so when I performed a test I could check it immediately instead of referring back to the instructions each time.
Question:	Is the amount of biochemical ceramic balls used once
Answer:	Just remember that most of these test kits or strips for aquarium use report their results as "nitrate ion" or "nitrite ion", while the EPA standard for drinking water is expressed as "nitrate as nitrogen" or "nitrite as nitrogen". Answer:	Hello, they could be if you can find small size hooks. This type of hook was made to protect the fish from swallowing the hook. The hook will always hook itself on the side of the mouth. Great for catch and release. Tight lines and good luck

Answer:	A 3/0 would be good for smaller cats such as channel catfish or smaller blues. While this size hook would hold a larger cat, it would restrict the bait size, dramatically. I would not suggest it for larger cats as this size is not large enough to adequately hold the size bait necessary to attract big fish.Larger hooks allow for the bait not to interfere with the success of a circle hook as the hook must be large enough to have the entire Point of the hook exposed through the curve.I use 5/0 for intermediate size cats (10 to 30 lbs), but would use larger past that to adequately hold the larger bait required to attract bigger fish.Hope this helps.
Question:	Would the width of the size 8 be thin enough to fit into a Bluegill / Perch / Fallfish mouth
Answer:	Josh, while I've caught Bluegill, Perch, etc. on this particular hook, I would not say it's optimal. I am a big believer in circle hooks and use them nearly exclusively. They're effective and humane in most cases. Having said that, regarding Bluegill, I've had them swallow or deep throat the hook much more than I would like. Because the shank is so short, you have little or no opportunity to remove the hook in a humane fashion. While I still use this hook for large Bluegill and other large panfish varieties, I have gone back to the long shank Aberdeen style hook for the smaller varieties as I've found it more effective from both a catch and humane standpoint. I dislike having to set the hook with the long shank Aberdeen style hook, but is seems to work better for me and the fish. The above is based solely on my limited experience and should be viewed as such. In short, the #8 circle hook in question will fit in the average size Bluegill's mouth.

Answer:	Not sure how helpful this is, but it fits my Reef Octopus.

Answer:	The pump comes with a needle wheel impeller. I believe the pinwheel and needle wheel are one in the same.

It is three dimensional in shape and comes in many natural shades of purple, pink and red. It replicates the look, feel and function of coralline encrusted coral skeleton rock. Question:	Does this need to be cured? Can I just put it in my tank
Answer:	I have one on a 90 along with another actinic light and its plenty of white light, but the blue is less than half of the LED's.
Question:	How many pieces come in 20 pound box
Answer:	I time will work only to get the light on/off. Unfortunately, there is no way of running a timer that will allow just the white or blue light independently. For this reason I would not recommend these lights for any reef setup or any other aquarium setups requiring an independent day/night configuration. Better off purchasing a standard “black box” led fixture that allows for independent day/actinic/night modes.
Question:	Is this rock alive or dry
Answer:	We had the same problem. Contacted Amazon and got a replacement. Also might be worth contacting the seller directly, as this seems to be a pattern.
Question:	Does this need to be cured? Can I just put it in my tank
Answer:	I don’t believe this light will be suitable for corals. The actinic is not independent from the white where it would be able to be set on a timer for the 12 hour day, 8-10 hour actinic, 2 hour moon... at least that is how I run my reef...(not with this light).
