Answer:	It is not ptfe free. Just copied the following from thecookwareadvisor.com/rachael-ray-hard-anodized. It says 'the nonstick release is provided by the top layer which is PTFE (Teflon is the DuPont brand name for this material)'.

Pour that into a ramekin and it comes up to the hole in the handle.One thing wrong with any RR product, she has another size just a couple ounces larger/smaller one most dishes. Estimating their capacity is very difficult. Also, they are very delicate.
