To the other person...Blocking is a manipulative technique used to make your sweaters or items that shrink, bigger again. You pin the article of clothing down to an ironing board and steam enough to saturate the fibers. Then undo some of the pins and begin to stretch the garment little by little and repin. Steam again, and repeat. You should let the item stay pinned long enough for the fibers to completely dry.

Question:	What temperature is the steam
Answer:	If this is a serious query. Water boils at 212 degrees F. That makes steam.
Question:	How do I get rid of the Calcification inside the steamer
Answer:	1. Just fill the water tank with 1/3 white vinegar and 2/3 distilled water. Run the steamer until half the mixture has steamed. Unplug and allow it to rest for 30 minutes. Dump out remaining mixture. Rinse and repeat... as many times as necessary until steam returns to normal (could be 2-3 times). Run a cycle of fresh, cold water through the steamer before using it on your fabrics.
Question:	Why is it shooting all the hot water out? The company won't even accept a negative review
Answer:	If you over fill it, when the water boils it boils out of steamer.
Question:	I just received mine and if i’m lucky, it will work for one minute...usually less. anyone else having this problem? was i sent a faulty one

Question:	I'm looking for something that will work to steam items that are laying flat. Will this do that, or must items be hung
Answer:	Fabric steamers are almost designed for items that are hanging. You're holding a jug of boiling hot water (hopefully with a glove) guiding the steamer up & down the fabric. They've long been designed for travel, we've used them in the fashion business for years. So, the design isn't made to be tilted. It may change, but hasn't yet. Not unless you buy an expensive, vacuum-sized steamer. I just use the steam feature on my regular iron for items that must lie flat. But, using a steamer for wedding dresses, curtains, tapestries, or extremely wrinkled items in a hurry, simply can't be done with an iron. It's is also a great way to save money at the dry cleaner!
Question:	Does this steamer have a grounding plug (3 prong), and an automatic shut-off
Answer:	It only has two prongs but it does have automatic shut off which is great so it doesn't cause your device to overheat if you mistakenly left it on. I suggest not overfilling the device. I haven't has any problems so far and I've had this steamer for over 6 months.
Question:	How many ounces of water does this hold and how many continuous minutes of steam can you get when it's filled with water
Answer:	It may look like a size of a soda can but it holds exactly 1/2c water! Just 4ounce to the MAX line. Heats really fast and a lot of steam
Question:	My steamer for some reason steams very short intervals and takes me forever to steam one item is that normal
Answer:	I contacted the seller and they told me the following: "I am sorry about the steamer and thank you for reaching out to us, we are more than happy to help. This could be due to mineral build up. To remove the mineral build-up, turn off the steamer, and after the unit is completely cooled off, pour in the tank 1 cup of both water and vinegar solution (50:50). Leave it for about 5-10 minutes to sit before emptying it out. Please try this suggestion and if you continue to experience problems let me know immediately so I can further assist you and send you a replacement. Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you." So while it seems like this is a common problem, it's easy to fix. Give it a whirl.
