Answer:	Since no two boards are the same I had the same choice for which I followed the advice of buying a bigger size cover and sewing a tailored fit since all industrial covers seem to need a good going over with an industrial triple stitch, then pulled to real tight to tie it off. That is what works for me and I say it is not that big of a deal to make it perfect for ever. Remember to spray water on your board too if you are using a very hot iron which is not a good idea, don't burn your garments. Hope that helps.

The main thing to keep in mind is that in-wall ironing boards tend to either mount from underneath the ironing board to the wall or some may have a rod that goes through the sides of the ironing board attaching it to the wall. Answer:	More like an athletic cut - but it is tight. I am 6 ft and 200 lbs I ordered a large and it fits well shoulders are big enough but there is no extra at the waist
