Question:	I received two of the two of the same I received two of the same items how do I return one item that I like to return one
Answer:	It holds the iron when it is open but I don't see a way if hung. The board is big and heavy so I leave mine open all the time. It is the most sturdy board I have ever had and I love it.

Answer:	61 inches approximately. 7 inches for the iron rest. So it's 54 inches of ironing space. It's 14.5 wide and with the cover it's 15. It is the most solid built board I've ever bought. So far so good for us.Seeing the answer below I realized I didn't measure the legs which are wider than the actual board. I get 17 1/2 " when collapsed and it is 63" long.
Question:	how Do I close the iron boards
Answer:	At first, I tried it and thought "no way", but after reading the other answers, I was able to get it off. I laid it flat and got the legs out of the way, and then instead of pulling it straight out, I wiggled it a bit (left, right, left, right). It did come off. Not sure if it will go back on, but it's off. I was not used to having one, really did not need the extra ironing space so I was not using it. Also, I found when I used the board, the iron rest made it so long, it just too up too much space (my house is pretty small). Love the board, but glad the iron rest came off.

Answer:	There is no rubber on the iron rest. This is a very well made product, quality materials. We are very happy with this ironing board, couldn't ask for more.

Answer:	The work surface is 44 inches in length. The iron rest area is 7 1/2 inches long and about 10 inches wide.
Question:	Is the surface height really maxed out at 36”? If so that is incredibly short
Answer:	The work surface can be adjusted from 32 to about 36 inches from the floor. 36 inches is standard kitchen counter hight, I believe.

Answer:	The top is 2" or less but the feet stick out several inches. It slides perfectly inside my bedroom closet. For the small size, it's sturdy when set up. I took a picture but it doesn't appear I can load it.

Answer:	Hi Barbara. The cover can be removed for cleaning. I would recommend hand cleaning with soap and warm water. The cover has a nice pad beneath. Thick enough that the plastic iron board isn't affected.

Answer:	No. All our ironing boards, as advertised, are made 100% in the United Kingdom by Minky Homecare.
Question:	The iron rest has small rubber-like piece on the inner area, exactly where the iron plate will rest. Will they melt onto the iron plate
Answer:	I have set my hot iron on the iron rest several times without causing the rubber piece to melt however, I've only left it there while adjusting the item I am ironing, so less than 30 seconds. I would not leave the hot iron on the iron rest for extended periods.
Question:	Is it easy to open and close? My Mother has arthritic hands
Answer:	The board doesn't lock when you close it. So hanging it is an issue. Would have been an easy fix but they missed it.
Question:	is the top metal mesh
Answer:	Yes typical top with the stretched metal mesh. What is nice is the top, pad, iron rest and the feet. This is solid and stable. Well worth it if you iron. I don't use the steam platform but maybe someday???

Answer:	Yes. But my husband first built a frame to set it in and it looks and works great!

Answer:	Much easier to install without the countertop although so long as you can remove the drawer to screw the ironing board on you can install. Once installed the whole drawer does not have to be pulled out. Only enough to unfold the ironng board.
Question:	is it efficient
Answer:	The total opening must be at least 6.5". The bottom of the ironing board is approx 2.5" above the self. The top of the ironing board (folded over part) is approx 5.75" above the shelf.
Question:	Is the Sunbeam Classic good for using on "cotton blends" and "polyester" clothing, because I don't see a setting for neither
Answer:	Hi Anna. We do not at present have replacement covers but that is an excellent idea and we will arrange to carry some. It should take us max a month to have some in inventory but if needed we can get one faster. Again thanks for an excellent suggestion. Do you need one? Q-Line team.

Answer:	There are two hooks that will handle doors up to two inches thick.

Answer:	Hi, Whitmor's OTD Iron Caddy is made of durable epoxy coated wire. We would recommend letting your iron cool down before storing it on the caddy.

Answer:	I don't know the exact configuration of your table top ironing board, so I can't answer. I can say that the pictures on Amazon are accurate, and fairly scalable. If you'd care to post pictures of your ironing board (mostly the underside, both open and closed) I can hazard a guess.
