Answer:	It didn’t do well cleaning my bathtub and sink. I had better luck and spent less time and energy using a mixture of baking soda and bleach for the mold around the tub. Used vinegar to clean the sink. I wouldn’t recommend this product for bathroom.

Question:	Has anyone tried this to spot clean carpet
Answer:	We have tested it on carpet spots of several sizes, types, and ages. For any stain that's same-day, it'll clean it out really well, way better than any spot cleaning solution will. For spots that are a few days old, it will do pretty well, but you may have a slight tinge left over and/or you may have to go over the spot a few times. For older stains, you'll probably be left with some staining even after a few go-overs, but it will look much better than it did before. It can even make a very noticeable difference on stains that are several years old.The caveats - it's a small cleaner, so cleaning anything larger than a fist-sized spot is going to take a pretty long time (15-30 mins+ for each go-over, depending on how deep the stain is), and it can end up cleaning a spot so well that it becomes cleaner than the surrounding area, which would required a larger floor steam cleaner to even everything out.But yes, if your carpet is at risk for small stains, and you're good with breaking this out same day, then absolutely this will take most spots out of carpets.

Answer:	It will clean the door track , it is a wonderful very useful piece of cleaning equipment , the many attachments will get you in about anywhere you need to clean
Question:	The manual says the three colored brushes are for specific uses, but never elaborates on them. Does anyone know what those uses are
Answer:	Sorry if we fooled you with the colors! The brushes are all the same material (aside from the optional brass brush) but the color difference is for keeping them apart which gives you the option to use one color in one area. So you could for instance use only the red brush in your bathroom and the green brush in your kitchen.

Question:	One person said that you have to use only distilled water with this; is that accurate? Why would there be a problem using regular tap water

A lot of people have not realized that the powdered form is now available. Liposomal does not mean liquid. It means that the ingredient is surrounded in a layer of fat. We atomize the ingredients with a layer of phospholipids (fat) then we encapsulate the ingredient. It allows for a liposomal without being liquid.
Question:	I only used my steamer once. I tried using it few days ago and it won't steam. It heats up, light turns green, it just won't produce any steam
