Question:	Can you send small fabric samples to compare colors in our specific room
Answer:	I would think so, with two caveats. 1. Depends on where you plan to mount. If you intend to mount the shades out on the face of the window trim or up above the window, you should have no problem. 2. If your 62" measurement is left to right INSIDE the window frame and you intend to mount the shades INSIDE the frame, that will require you to install the mounting brackets for each shade on the top INSIDE the frame. (Like the one in the picture on Amazon). That could end up being a tight squeeze. On our shades the left to right measurement was of the shade itself and the rollup mechanism stuck out a little bit on each side of the shade. Plus, you need a little room to operate the shade. Hope I have made myself clear. Our install was easy and we have enjoyed our shades with no problem so far.

How to Measure & Hang

An inside mount offers a clean look. Measure the top, center and bottom within the window recess. The narrowest width is the window width. Measure the left center and right side within the window recess. The longest length is the window length. For window depth, a minimum of 2 1/8 inch is required. Roman shade width x length: Choose a width that is ¼ inch smaller than the window width. Choose a length that is the same or longer than the window length. An inside mount may create light gaps. To mount outside: For shade width, it’s best to add 2 to 6 inches (5.08 to 15.24 cm) to the window recess width for increased light control. For shade length, determine where to install the shade. There should be a minimum of 1 ¼ in of flat mounting space above the window to accommodate the mounting rail. Measure from there to the base of the sill. Add 2 to 6 ins. to the length for increased light control. An outside mount offers 100% blackout and is optimal for all windows with a shallow frame.

Easy Install

Instructions are included for an easy installation. You will need additional tools to help: a drill, a pencil, measuring tape, a crosshead screwdriver and a ladder. Mounting brackets: The brackets hold the rail on both ends. Please leave 3 to 5 ins from both ends of the rail to mount the brackets to the wall/window frame or ceiling. For wall mounting, fix the brackets onto the wall/window frame. Apply the screws through the front – view holes of brackets into the holes on the backplate and screw in until fastened to the wall/window frame. For ceiling mounting, fix brackets onto the ceiling. Apply screws through the top hole to secure it to the ceiling. To fit the shade and secure the rail to the brackets, place rail onto brackets with 2 hooks of the bracket to support inner back groove of the rail. Push the clear tab on each bracket until you hear a click sound.

How to measure



Inside mount

Window Width: To find the width, measure the top, middle and bottom within your window recess. Use the narrowest width as your window width.

Window Length: To find the length, measure exact window-recess length at left, middle and right side. Use the longest height as the window length.

Window Depth: Minimum 2 inches required.

Ordering: Choose a width that is 1/4 inch smaller than the widow width from above. Choose a length that is same or longer than your window length.

Outside mount

Determine where the roman shade is to be placed. You will need a minimum 7/8 inches of flat mounting space above your window to accommodate the mounting hardware.

Width: Choose a roman blind width that is same or greater than the window width. We recommend add 3-6 inches extra to the measured width to maximize light control and privacy.

Length: Measure exact measured-length from the top of the proposed headrail location to the base of sill. If there is no sill, measure where you would like the window roman blind to drop. Add 8-10 inches to the length for optimum light control and privacy.

INSIDE of the window frame, provide finished look without hiding wood trim. 2 inches window DEPTH is needed.

OUTSIDE of the window frame, mounted on your wall or mold, provide better covering.

Inside Mount

1. Measure the width in top, middle, bottom inside of the window, use the narrowest width as your window width.

2. Choose Exact Window Width, we reduce 0.4" when making the shade.

3. Choose Exact Window Height, we make the shade height as window height.

Outside Mount

1. Measure the window outer frame width and height.

2. Choose Exact Shade Width you need. Hang on the frame, the shade width could be same or smaller than window width. Hang on the wall, suggest at least add 3-6 inches based on the window width.

3. Choose Exact Shade height you want to finish. Suggest adding 5-10 Inches based on the window height.

Inside mount

Window Width: To find the width, measure the top, middle and bottom within your window recess. Use the narrowest width as your window width.

Window Length: To find the length, measure exact window-recess length at left, middle and right side. Use the longest height as the window length.

Window Depth: Minimum 2 inches required.

Ordering: Choose a width that is 1/4 inch smaller than the widow width from above. Choose a length that is same or longer than your window length.

Outside mount

Determine where the roman shade is to be placed. You will need a minimum 7/8 inches of flat mounting space above your window to accommodate the mounting hardware.

Width: Choose a roman blind width that is same or greater than the window width. We recommend add 3-6 inches extra to the measured width to maximize light control and privacy.

Length: Measure exact measured-length from the top of the proposed headrail location to the base of sill. If there is no sill, measure where you would like the window roman blind to drop. Add 8-10 inches to the length for optimum light control and privacy.

Ordering: Choose a width that is same or wider than the product width from above.
