Answer:	items that are larger than 9x12 will ship folded and then rolled and wrapped in double heavy duty plastic.
Question:	I want to get this rug in a runner. Everyone says it's thick so I'm wondering if my door will open over it? Our bathroom door opens into the hallway
Answer:	This is a beautiful but thick rug. You will need at least an inch and half for door clearance. I am usually jamming my door right up against the rug

Answer:	I love this rug, it's beautiful. Put some weight on each corner, it should flatten out. It might take a few days

Answer:	I'd say about half an inch. Keep in mind the pile and rug are not like your usual rugs. It's more of a super soft bath matt feel.
