Answer:	Firstly, use a fine black light UV flashlight to find the carpets stain. I would recommend a great black light FLASHLIGHT Asin: B07BC8L581, it is a real 365nm black light with black filter lens, you are sure to see it.

Answer:	It has worked well for me. It reduces the smell pretty well. I typically wash first, then a second time with a cup of the solution. It also works well if you wet the garnet then apply the solution. I don't apply to dry fabric. It removes most of the smell but not all. Uruines ruins stretchy fabric like bathing suites. If that's your application, then it's already too late. You can fix the smell, but not the destruction. That's the urine doing the damage, not the Clorox.

HARDWOOD & LAMINATE

LAUNDRY

Need to wash something with a gross stain? Pre-spray the soiled area and allow to soak for ten minutes before putting in the wash as usual. You can also use 1-2 cups of Stain & Odor Eliminator in a pre-soak cycle to help eliminate gross stains and smells. Then wash as usual.

DIRECTIONS FOR SURFACE STAINS

Pre-test for colorfastness on a hidden area. if color appears on cloth, discontinue use. Remove as much of the stain or pet urine as possible using a highly absorbent towel.

1. Apply a liberal amount of Rocco & Roxie Stain & Odor Eliminator to the affected area.

2. Let stand 30-60 minutes, then blot with a cloth and let air dry.

STEP 1: SOAK THE STAIN

Use enough product to thoroughly penetrate both the carpet and underlying pad (or upholstery and underlying cushion). The best practice is to try and soak the problem area with an amount Stain & Odor Eliminator equal to the urine. This allows the product to penetrate deep into the carpet and come in full contact with the urine.

STEP 2: LET IT SIT

One hour is the minimum recommended time for existing stains and/or severe odor problems. The longer the treated area can soak, the better. In some circumstances it might be beneficial to allow the affected area to soak overnight.

STEP 3: COVER WITH TOWEL AND WEIGHT

Fold a towel and place it over the treated area with a weighted object on top to wick the residual liquid out of the affected area.

STEP 4: VACUUM & INSPECT

Once dried, vacuum and inspect the treated area. Stain and odor should be gone. If not, repeat procedure. Older stains or persistent odor problems may require more than one treatment.

Answer:	I think my instructions were on bottle I can’t remember and I don’t have it in front of me but u put real warm water as warm as u can stand and like 2 - 3 tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide and squirt in to the ear just make sure water is really really warm. But it works best if u use ear wax softener drops for at least 2 days prior to cleaning out ears. Answer:	I don't know why it wouldn't. I recently had my carpets cleaned and the cleaners wanted $50 a room (small bedrooms) to have each room scotch guarded. Infact when they pee on the rug it stays on top of the fabric for awhile & is easily blotted off. There are no stains or smell. We do check under the rug & wipe it clean if the pee goes through but no stain & no smell. Hope that helps.

Answer:	No, it is not advisable. For steam and extraction cleaning, try the Zep Concentrated Premium Carpet Shampoo, a pro grade solution formulated to penetrate deep into carpet fibers removing embedded dirt and hard to remove stains. The Zep Concentrated Premium Carpet Shampoo is compatible with home, rental and commercial carpet cleaning machines.
Question:	Is the clay color more of orange or red
Answer:	It’s not advisable to use on wool, silk, or any surface harmed by water. Test the product on a small area to ensure compatibility with the surface to be cleaned.
Question:	Can't seem to find the wording of returnable - can you return this rug if not happy
Answer:	To be honest I don’t think it matters. My washer has the agitator and it cleaned the house rug just fine and it didn’t case the rug to become undone.
