Answer:	They are dumbells. If yours are in pristine condition you are not using correctly. I have chrome handles and have not noticed any scratches on the handles.Again rhier dumbells who cares. They are great by rhe way. They really help you get past a sticking point.

Answer:	Yes the dumbbell plates are sold in pairs. There is a listing of a set of 2 plates and a listing with a set of 4 plates. You can click the “Item display weight” to 5lbs which is 4 dumbbell plates.

Answer:	I don’t know anything about the warranty but those rubber bands for a fairly inexpensive
