what's the material of the bracket

Yes it does. I would mix 50/50 bleach and water and use a bleach rated pump sprayer. Saturate the flagstone completely and let it sit for at least 30 minutes above 60 degrees F and you should be able to rinse it with a garden hose unless you have anomalies like standing mud, oil, or gum. This will prevent issues to your mortar joints. Just be careful not to get the solution on any vegetation and went down in the grassy areas around the patio really well before rinsing away the solution. I am an exterior cleaning contractor with extensive experience in this and you may think that this sounds like too strong a mix but you will honestly be amazed at the results and how much easier it is to prep.

Answer:	No, it comes with the rechargeable battery installed already. Just charge it over night before the first use. My wife used it til the battery was completely run down for the first few charge cycles. That helps the battery last a lot longer.
