Answer:	I made sure mine was hung on a stud and used a large nail to hang it. The mirror did come with a hanging kit and anchors but it is heavy and large.

Answer:	You don't need anything besides a c-hook ( plant hanger ). They are lightweight and connect to each other with the small rings that they provide... I've done something similar to divide a room and these are thin enough that they share a ring and a hook vertically and horizontally. And nice enough that they have an impact in changing the space. I love them!!

Question:	Is it possible to take the mirror apart from the framing? I would like to spray paint the framing a different color
Answer:	It does look like there are tabs in the back that you could pry up to separate them (like on the back of a picture frame), however I don’t want to ruin my mirror so I’m not going to attempt it. Worst case scenario, you could cover the mirror with masking tape.
Question:	are the mounting brackets on the back all i need to attach to wall nail or hook or do i need to do something to back bracket
Answer:	All you need as a screw or nail in the wall. Very easy to hang and sits sturdy on the wall. I love my mirror, little pricey but, beautiful
