Question:	Will this product work on a Polystyrene or Fiberglass tub and shower surround
Answer:	Hi Jake, Ann Lucas here. I honestly don't know. I would recommend checking with the manufacturer of the Mop and Glo and/or also the steam mop. I have vinyl floors so I can never use a steam mop and I don't believe I would try it. It would most likely mess up your floors as well as your steam mop machine if you are planning to pour it into the machine. I don't know anything about steam mop machines but I am assuming you are referring to pouring it into the machine. Sorry I can't be of more help but hope this helps some. Thanks, Ann

Answer:	I have been using it for over 20 years. Makes my old tile look great!
Question:	Is there a trick to make this mirror not fog up so much? I have to wet it constantly to even be able to see myself
Answer:	NEVER EVER USE MOP AND GLO! I have come to call it Mop and GLUE. First off, if you have even the tiniest bit of dust or dog hair it will be GLUED to your floors. The shine lasted only 1 day and then looked like filthy 100 year old dull floors. It took me nearly a week, but the effort to remove it was well worth it. Just use plain water in a good steam cleaner to keep your floors nice and shiny. I personally used 3 bottles of Quick Shine wax build up remover. First, diluted, but didn't help. Then I tried it undiluted and got down on hands and knees with a towel. You wouldn't believe what came up as far as the amount of wax. NEVER USE MOP AND GLO. I honestly don't know how that company gets away with selling it.
Question:	can the mirror be installed without the razor attachment
Answer:	unfortunately yes, Had a roommate put in on my finished concrete stained floor. Now I cannot use my preferred sealer as the acrylic wax has to be chemically and mechanically stripped before any kind of sealer will be able to get past the wax. Not looking forward to 4 hours of scrubbing w ammonia, but that is the best way to remove the acrylic wax. I would use a high quality sealer, you can pick a flat matt or glossy finish. Home depot carries the miracle brand in the blue containers, works real good. Amazon might have it as well.

Question:	Is your image distorted in the mirror. For some reason the glass in the fog free mirrors I've tried is warped. Thanks
Answer:	I’m not sure about cleaning grout because I’ve only used it on flat surfaces. As far as cleaning ability I would have to say that it was just so-so. It cleaned surface dirt but I doubt that it would be effective for deep cleaning. As far as the mop itself I don’t have it anymore because I threw it away in frustration! I could only squeeze the handle to spray the solution one or two times before it would freeze up. I used it a couple of times and then couldn’t stand it anymore. I hope that this helps.
Question:	Will this hold a Venus razor
Answer:	Yes, fill the Quick Shine Cleaning Cartridge with any ready-to-use cleaner or water. It is important to note that you cannot use our Finishes in the spray mop as it can clog the spray mechanism and cause the sprayer to malfunction. Thank you.

Answer:	If the tile surface is clean and you moisten the suction cups before sticking it on the tile it will stay up for months, possibly forever. It's only fallen once or twice, but that was because I was moving it around. As of right now I have not touched it for months and its still up.

Question:	Is the mirror two-sided (i.e regular on one side and magnidied on the other
Answer:	No. The mirror is only on one side. The back of the mirror has a couple of small holes where the warm water that keeps the mirror fog-free drips out. The valve lets you control how much water is allowed to flow from the main shower head to the mirror to keep it fog-free. I've had mine for about a year now and am so far very pleased with it. My son says his is starting to lose a bit of the silver in the middle of the mirror, but I haven't noticed that with mine. I got mine first and ordered one for him soon after. My opinion is; it's a reasonably good buy for the money. (I bought two.) Hope this helps.
Question:	Is there an attached razor holder on the backside, or could a hole be drilled to attach one like the old ShowerTeks
Answer:	There is a built in razor hanger that works pretty well for a double sided razor, for the next gen multi blade razors they dont hang well and tend to slide off. I dont know that I would drill this
Question:	Can you rotate mirror 180 degrees to fave wall on a daily basis? I have similar mirror from Sharper Image and have used for 20 years.i rotate it daily
Answer:	DO NOT BUY. Rotating does not matter! The mirror is so bad that you can't see yourself in it anyway.
