Answer:	I gave it as a gift, but personally I would definitely not put in dishwasher. At most I would use the soft side of a sponge & a little bit of soap, then dry. I had this customized for a friend who is a personal chef. It was on the smaller size so I thought it would be cute if anything for decorative purposes when she does catering jobs. Too cute to cut up!
