Answer:	Have to use the cones that come with it. They have a hole in the bottom so the smoke draws down. I don’t like the smell of the incense. Especially after it’s out smells like an old capmfire

Answer:	I'm sure you can return it but to Amazon not to the maker. Or if you know a handy person with a glass cutting drill it would take about 3 seconds to rectify your glazing problem and then you wouldn't need to go through the hassle of boxing it up and sending it back.
Question:	I’ve never had an incense burner before what do they smell like
Answer:	I have found that I don’t care for any of the backflow incense. They all just smell like an ashtray. However you can take normal incense cones and drill a hole in the bottom and they work the same. HEM has been one of my favorite brands of incense. They all smell good but not too strong. And it depends on what scent you get as to what it smells like.
Question:	I got one. the smoke just goes up in air like a normal incense cone does!? mine does not work
Answer:	Try adjusting the cone so hole over opening more should work and it states to use in draft free area. Or to not have fan or window open when using just to air out room after use.

Answer:	yeah, for normal incense sticks, they are normal sized, oh these ones smell awesome too! if you like nag champa, you will like all these, I was going to buy myself that Tibetan burner too!

Answer:	45 minutes with a ceiling fan on low. A little longer without the ceiling fan on. However the scent lingers much longer. Put ceiling fan on high and it burns much quicker but does circulate scent much faster. I recommend the low setting or nothing in a small room. My bedroom is 16x33 and works great.

Answer:	Interesting question, they have a stick all the way through, making them cored stick, i believe. I might add that it comes straight from India in export quality. It is a grade and performance i find very good. Have a good day.

Question:	Can I burn sage in this
Answer:	As other reviewers noted, the top coating burns and product is ruined when it comes into contact with a hot substance, including hot ashes from incense sticks. Our holder burned/melted quickly when we used cone incense, so would strongly discourage burning sage in this. At best, it will ruin the beautiful design and at worst, could be a fire hazard.
Question:	How do you treat the mango wood and the top section to keep clean and protect the wood
Answer:	Well, I didn't know that was necessary, so on both sides approx. 2 1/2 - 3 inches from both sides when the ashes were still very hot and fell I have a few "burn marks" - I just accepted it and keep using it. It is the most perfect burner I've had that catches all the ashes and has holes on both sides. No, I won't use tin foil or other things. Does someone know - I'd actually like to know too. I have the white one. It is the perfect burner (excluding that little difficulty). Could it be coated with something such as oil of some sort? Not sure, But I love it - marks and all, I feel bad I don't have a better answer. Would I buy it again? Without question. Would I coat the burn area - I would have to and still should.
