Answer:	Okay. I am not a medical professional. I use these from time to time when I have been working outside in the hot Florida summer (90-100 deg and high humidity). I find that they help me replenish some of my electrolytes and overcome dehydration that comes from sweating so much in such high heat. And yes, they do help the cramps when I really really get dehydrated. Now. Please understand this. These tablets contain things that could potentially harm you depending on your physical health and medical conditions. Too much Potassium or Sodium can be bad for you if you have certain medical conditions. Too little can do the same. I take these, occasionally, because I regularly see my physician and have blood tests (including a complete CMP) three times a year. I know my medical conditions. I know what I should and should not do. I know what I can do on occasion to correct things like dehydration. AND, I know how the contents of these pills might affect the other medications that I take. SO . . . . First advice to you is this. See a physician first and have a complete physical along with blood tests. Then, advise the physician of the activities you are going to be involved in, your concerns, and seek his/her advice. Your physician will likely give you the best advice. Second advice, companies that market products like this are not out to hurt you. But they are also not aware of your medical history or your personal physician’s recommendations. They simply want to sell you a product. Is their product good or bad? Hopefully good. Question:	Is liqued iv gluten free
Answer:	Yes, it is gluten-free. Sorry for the horrible answers above. They obviously don't "even understand what gluten is." It's not just bread - it is used as a filler in many products including lipstick, chicken broth, toothpaste, etc. Also, just because there are no ingredients listed that contain gluten the product itself could gluten in it due to cross-contamination at the manufacturer. I have Celiac Disease and am very familiar with what gluten is and the effects it can have (including cancer in people with Celiac Disease - it's not just a recent diet fad). I don't believe it is certified as gluten-free, however I have used two of the flavors (not the Acei) and have had no effects from it. As of now you should feel safe using it. But, if you're asking about gluten I am sure you're aware that the ingredients, source of ingredients, or manufacturing process can always change without warning and introduce gluten into the product. Again, sorry about the terrible answers above from people who just don't get it. Good luck!

Answer:	It’s not “healthy”, but it does provide a bit of energy, and it’s far less than Gatorade, which has 56 g of sugar in a regular 32 oz. bottle). Even a cup of unsweetened apple juice has 24 g.

Answer:	Yes it's great for hangovers! It was originally designed as a hangover "cure". My only warning is that it is packed with vitamins and minerals so if you feel nauseous its good to drink it with some food so it's not the only thing in your stomach. Whenever I use it for a hangover I feel substantially better 30 minutes after taking it.

Answer:	If you're young which i think you are...i was obsessed with being taller when i was young...i turned out to be 6'3 and all my other brothers turned out to be short. 5'6/5-8....so i would drink alot of milk for the calcium almost about a gallon a day...i heard stretching worked so i stretched and even getting good sleep worked.. i believe there are treatments where people inject hgh into there knees you should research this. I also avoided weight lifting maybe i started that prematurely.

Question:	why are these vitamins so dark in color?? I have ordered them before... could they be old
Answer:	They are always dark in color, perhaps you ordered a different type. But they should be fine I have had these vitamins stored away for a couple month now and they still work as they did when I first got them.

Answer:	There is Folate instead of Folic Acid. Folate is the natural version which is found in food (which, this vitamin is ... a whole food product) where Folic Acid is the man-made version of Folate. There is 420 mcg or 110% of daily value. Hope this helps!!
