| Answer: | I bought mine in August 2018, so it has been through a Maryland winter. I mounted the sensor on the shady side of a fence to keep the temperature reading from soaring on a sunny day. It's been a rainy year and we did have some snow. I haven't seen any deterioration of performance. I occasionally check the temperature against the Weather Service temperature, and they are consistently no more than 1 degree apart. It's hard to check the outdoor relative humidity readings, but they seem logical. |

I even wish it were louder so I could hear it from inside with the glass door closed. Can easily carry on conversation while it creates a wonderful background sound. Adjusting the pump sound lower would create a softer sound probably very suitable for your spa purpose. Don't know about the lower setting but there is a little splatter on the high setting. The quality is very good and as expected. As others, I did add more rock because I just like the look better. Very happy with my purchase and would enjoy hearing it while getting a facial or massage. |
