Answer:	I bought the desk version and there IS NOT enough support to hold much weight. Although 50 lbs. is the weight limit, you can wiggle it with lite effort and they wobble because the support is only on. One side

Answer:	I just bought this item. The top shelf is indeed 61" from the floor. I was trying to work around a light switch and this was an important number to get right. The manufacturer's answer is WRONG. The top shelf is 61" not 65"

Answer:	I believe he's asking about the size of the anchor....not the actual 50 or 75 lbs of weight for the shelf....maybe I'm wrong? I think he wants to beef up the anchor to increase shelf weight capacity.

Answer:	Look, technically you can do whatever you want. I used the 16lb Velcro command wall mounting stuff rather than screws. It works fine for me, but I'm only displaying graded cards on them - very light stuff. I also put several on the back. I doubt you could put anything on the shelves with any real weight on it if you decide to not use the screws.
Question:	I don't have a drill or screw driver. Can I use a hammer instead
Answer:	Not a good idea to attempt to pound the nylon into the wall. Go to a big box store, Waliworld or other hardware store, there are options. Best to have a basic tool kit around the house, you seem to already have a hammer.

LOCATE THE STUDS

Using a stud finder, determine the location of the studs, as well as the shelf placement. Make light pencil marks on the wall as a guide. Make sure at least one of the screws in the mounting brackets will be secured to a stud. If there aren’t any studs available in your ideal wall location, you will need to install proper anchors to support the shelf’s weight.

Note: Depending on the desired height of your shelves, you may need a ladder to ensure accurate placement.

ATTACH THE BRACKET

With the final placement of the shelf determined, use a screwdriver or drill to secure the internal bracket to the wall using the supplied hardware. Check to make sure it’s level; if not, make any adjustments before adding the final screws.

Answer:	I don’t think so. The bracket that holds up the shelf fits inside like a hand in a glove. Wouldn’t work if you cut it in half.
