Each hard plastic clip is held in place by a small screw in the frame, which allows the clip to rotate to allow the backing to be removed if necessary. So far, I've had the case almost 6 months, I have not had any reason so remove the flag from the case where I have it displayed in my living room.

Answer:	My flag fit but it was a snug fit. It good have been 9 3/4. I had to work it in.

Question:	How does it take to deliver
Answer:	Not one week. They gave me a tracking number on the 19th and still today the 26th and it still hasn't shipped. I order it Oct 7th . I'm still waiting.
